The staff were very friendly and supportive . The meals were perfect and fresh. Rooms comfertable and very much spacious . Had a good time with blue beach👍

I was facing a bad experience while contacting the reservation staff for the confirmation of my online booking, two times. Finally , the day when I arrived, the reservation lady told me that, my booking was canceled by myself and i have no room. I ask her to provide the proofs. Anyway, she wasn't able to provide me with the proof . at last, She was to give the package which booked. I don't know why she behaved like that. Besides above harassment , all the others went perfect. Thank you👍

A Lovely family run boutique hotel. Small but beautiful. All 12 rooms have sea view. Very Friendly staff who are perpetually smiling. The rooms are large and spotlessly clean. I want to mention 2 individuals who made a difference. The Housekeeping Supervisor (Mr Piyaratne?) and young Harittha from the restaurant. The beach is just outside the hotel. I like the place very much.

The WiFi network was unreliable from Sri Lanka Telecom.This is not the Hotel's fault. I have recommended that they buy a simple router from an alternative provider and keep it in the Restaurant.Even though the coverage will be limited to the Restaurant, the alternative router can be switched on during main WiFi outtage.The importance of reliable wifi network cannot be overstated. On a separate issue, I urge the owners to extend coverage to the Restaurant and Pool Area..

It’s a small hotel with 12 rooms. But facilities are like 3 stars hotel. Spacious rooms clean bathrooms. Beach front large balcony for all rooms. With swimming pool. Nice place with Very friendly staff. Specially Foods are delicious and have quite big variety. They do in room dining too.

A rare find in Colombo suburbs located in the beachfront with good facilities along with rooms having a great sea view. I enjoyed the dinner, sandwiches and other short eats particularly. Very clean and spacious rooms. Overall, there is nothing bad to state about the experience. I would visit there again.

restaurant is little bit not going good... most of the items on the menu they said "we don't have that one today" and the Spa was closed that day

Staff were helpful and very friendly. The food was great value and very tasty. Chandra on the bar / food station was a delightful gentleman and so was the porter who stored my bicycle. Rooms were very spacious and the views over the pool to the sea fantastic.

no real problem but the train passes at early morning and evening close by the hotel. It might be an issue if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms big and the pools very nice. We enjoyed the supper and breakfast.

General maintenance issues. Upkeep. Unfortunately lots of plastic on the beach in front of the hotel.

Internet is very slow. If you work remotely, you will need to have 4g mobile internet.

Location- fabulous Staff- freindly and helpful Pool-good Room-spacious and comfortable,minifridge,hair dryer,iron,kettle Meal-delicious

Furnitures are bit old Hotel need to be refurbished Meals-no much variety
