It was a big enough room for four of us, and very clean. Great location too.

The overall condition and cleanliness was very good.

The size of a single room - it is almost ridiculously small! Not much complaints, as it was listed as 6 sq.m., but until I checked in I wouldn't believe that it is possible to squeeze the bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom in 2x3 metres. In such cramped conditions I'd suggest adding towel hooks on the bathroom door. And, yes, soundproofing wasn't great, I could hear everything in the hallway. Walls are thick, but there was only one thin door between my bed and the rest of the building.

Perfectly located for Marleybone , Harley Street . An affordable clean simple accommodation : if you can do without the fancy bits and want convenience , this place is it . An Old building that had been partitioned into rooms ( awkwardly in places / small rooms ) , but it is a clean bed , simple no fuss furnishings , small fridge , some cutlery , induction stovetop and a microwave . The bathroom ever so Small , but Clean with good water pressure and good hot water . This is not a fancy place , but a solid basic accommodation for convenient location . Staff brilliantly attentive and helpful . / Love the scent when entering the front door , lobby .

Noisy street - but really : what could They do about it ? Be aware there’s no elevator : some / most of the rooms are up up up a steep staircase . So long you go with ‘low expectations’ and are satisfied with a Clean convenient bed and shower , I can’t fault this place in the slightest .

-Really good price especially for location and a whole studio to ourselves! (Kitchen, table & chairs, sofa, bed, massive wardrobe, Tv & ensuite bathroom &heater!!) -Even though we stayed in the basement room it was so great for the price, location and the friendly staff -felt safe during the whole stay -Let us check in early which was great as we had heavy luggage -Allowed us to keep luggage there when checking in/out.

-Bed was alittle hard so it wasn’t very comfortable and woke up in back pain -Bathroom smelt a lot I think that’s due to no window in bathroom? But our room was the basement room so that’s fair enough.

The staff was very nice and helpful! I was even offered a free room upgrade as there were better rooms available. The room was simple but had everything I needed, including a small kitchen including cutlery, utensils and pots. I was able to have a nice, warm breakfast everyday before heading out for the whole day. I definitely recommend it for longer stays as it is pretty convenient. The location was also great, very well connected to any must-sees in London.

My room was on the basement floor, which was not clear from the pictures. After initial skepticism, I felt comfortable as there were windows allowing some natural light to come in.

Wonderful upgrade to a wonderful room ; As a returning guest , the staff greet me by name , remember my preferences and go out of their way to make my stay memorable and comfortable . Any day I’d prefer staying in a small personal hotel , rather than a larger chain where a guest is just a number . Clean , quiet , lush historical room ; all amenities and necessities provided - with a smile and cheer .

I loved the central location of the hotel and the convenience of the bus / underground stations and local Tesco's close by. Staff were very helpful and always greeted me with a smile.

The shower/bathroom was a lot smaller than expected but wasn't a hindrance. Could hear the floorboards creaking from my room and the room above me whenever you (or the person above me) walked around the room. There was a constant overpowering smell of stale fish smell coming in the hallway leading to our rooms. I'm not sure if it was something to do with the carpets?

Fantastic location; 5 minutes walk to the office. Ideal for the occasional night I stay up to save on travel time when in the office for 2 consecutive days. Having a kitchenette was handy as could microwave a ready meal and would be a great bonus for those on a longer stay. Bed was very comfy and everything very clean. Plenty of hot water for showering. Easy access (about 7.30 pm) and well lit porch area. Member of staff was very welcoming and insisted on carrying my case to my room.

For the price I paid, everything was fine. Really can't complain. Walls could do with a lick of paint, carpet was tired, couldn't watch the TV due to poor signal (was in a basement room). Storage heater under window didn't work, but a plug in oil heater soon had the room toasty warm.

Location was great. I stayed for a family wedding and the hotel was no more than 10 minutes away from the registry office, the rehearsal dinner, the wedding breakfast and the evening celebration. It was only 7 minutes from where the rest of the (richer!) family stayed at more than 3 times the price! I hadn't anticipated that the room would be so well equipped - toaster, microwave, 2-ring hob, tea and coffee facilities, fridge, microwave, toiletries, iron and ironing board. I was very pleasantly surprised.

The only thing I should have taken notice of was the reviews that pointed out how noisy it was at night. This is only to be expected in central London, on the corner of 2 busy roads. If you're staying here, bring earplugs - apart from that, there is everything you need in the room.

This was in an amazing location and perfectly comfortable. We had found ourselves stuck in London because Paddington station closed unexpectedly and were hugely grateful to find a very well priced room nearby. Marylebone high st is a few minutes away so we were able to go to the pub there in the evening and for breakfast.. so great fun in the end. The room was basic but very comfortable beds.
