I chose this accommodation near the Englischer Garten because I was traveling with my dog. I stayed in a standalone unit on the third floor. The place had a hallway door, was very spacious, and the street was incredibly quiet. It was in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to the Englischer Garten, which allowed my dog and me to have a wonderful time. It’s also close to the Alte Pinakothek!

Both the front door and the room door were difficult to open without any instructions. You need to pull the door and turn the handle all the way to the left for both. Since I arrived late at night, there was no staff at the counter, and though I contacted you via email, I was already quite exhausted. While this type of door may be familiar to Europeans, it can be challenging for someone like me who is used to automatic doors. A bit more explanation would be helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Flatista Boutique Hotel. The room was clean and spacious, albeit cozy, it felt almost like an apartment. We had no toilet in the room, which we knew beforehand, and it was no problem as it was located just outside our room in the corridor. There was a sink and a shower in the room though - the shower had just a glass wall so no privacy if you share room with someone that you don't want to see you shower (I travelled with a friend and we solved it by just hanging out in the kitchen/breakfast area while the other showered, no problems). The breakfast was nice and quaint and the staff that we only met during the breakfast hours were very friendly. We met a couple of other guests at the breakfast, and that was the only time we knew we weren't the only ones staying there - so even if it felt like an apartment, it was well-isolated, we did not hear other guests at any other time.

We had a little trouble locating where to pick up the key, but we eventually figured it out. Then it was a bit tricky to find the correct door, it was like an apartment building which was not clear to us beforehand. But these were not big problems overall, we were happy with our stay!

When booked thought it was en-suite but toilet was shared with another room, when realised and asked for en-suite it was too late to change A lot of building construction going on outside the apartment so noisy in the morning (Nothing that could have been done by owners about this)

Convenient location, very close to subway and English Gardens in a nice quiet neighborhood away from the traffic. Great continental breakfast with pastry,fresh rolls, cold cuts and cheese, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal and fresh fruit cups, juice and a variety of coffee from the small barista machine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage after checkout since our flight was in the evening.

The only drawback was the construction on the street so expect to be woken up early (7-8 am) Monday -Friday. But we were up and out anyway to see as much as possible of the beautiful city!

The owner/manager is incredibly accommodating and accessible. He wants his guests to be completely happy. The location is fantastic, a block from the English Garden, with the University nearby, and a 10-15 minute walk from the historical area. The rooms are good value for the money, clean if a bit basic. You come and go as if an apartment (albeit with breakfast served in the morning, included in the price).

Be careful when booking as there are two rooms where the toilet is not within the room.

The breakfast was nice it had a lot of variety. The rooms are good and comfortable and they have an individual shower, however the restroom is on the corridor shared by several apartments. The host is very friendly but mostly knows German only, I was trying my best to communicate in German. The location is great, walking distance from the center and right next door to the English Gardens. Some rooms even have a small balcony. The apartments were clean. The price was far more affordable than other options.

The location was a bit hard to find based on Google Maps, the street is under construction so you have to go around from another street and parking is not free. You have to pay after 9 am at a rate of 2 eur/hour at the parking machine, it is only free at night.

Excellent location, decent sized rooms, breakfast was nice and friendly staff. Other guests were very respectful and quiet.

Curtains are way too thin and no blinds - the room was so bright even by 6am so difficult to sleep past that time.

The checkin was well organized. The hotel is very clean. And the answers to questions are very prompt. The location is good and it served my purpose very well. The facilities were okay but felt very commercially set. Standard set of services.

The hotel does not have a conventional reception. People who are used to a hotel like support, this hotel misses that. I felt a little confused, and slightly concerned about luggage storage, and if any problems arise. This is the only problem. The absence of people. Which makes it feel like an AirBnB more than a hotel.

The room was a generous size and had a small balcony. It was very clean and comfortable. Self check-in instructions were very clear. The location of the hotel was perfect for me with my dog as it's right next to the beautiful English Gardens. There were plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby.

There is extensive construction work going on outside the building which I didn't know about beforehand. This meant being unable to relax on the balcony or have a relaxing morning in bed due to the noise. As the advertisement mentions, the toilet is in the hallway.

The hotel apartment is quite small but fully functional. The design of having shower cube and sink inside the room is quite interesting. Unfortunately, the toilet room is shared with other rooms in 1 apartment. Inside the room there is also a small fridge and TV. The breakfast room is nice with all basic breakfast food. The location is also close to the underground train station 'Universität' U3 and U7, which is only 2 stations away from the city center.

It would be better if a toilet is included in the room.
