Initially staying for only one night, unfortunately our car wouldn’t start the morning of departure. Cristina went above and beyond supporting us. Being a Sunday, there were not mechanics available. Not being able to speak much German, she was incredible organising a tow truck to tow our car to a mechanic who specialised in our model car in nearby town to assess the next day. In addition this this, she gave some small gifts to our kids and helped us book an extra night as a very special price. Friendly, helpful, kind staff make a stay and Cristina helped put us at ease during what was a stressful time for us! The hotel itself was good. Centrally located. Close to supermarkets and public transport; but the customer service we received made this location shine!

Each double bed only had a single quilt which was quite strange and made it hard to share bedding. Only given two towels for 4 people, however this was easily resolved when raised with staff. Didn’t affect our stay.

Our room was big and clean. We even had two big beds, and that was just what we needed when we stayed here! Parking was easy, and we found free parking close to the hotel.

Nothing

It was a nice and comfortable stay for a rest stop on the way to Bodensee. However, if you are planning to visit Bodensee for multiple days, would not recommend this as it takes around 30-40 Minutes to reach Friedrichshafen.

Breakfast was very nice, the staff was very helpful and lovely.

Pillow was a bit flat, but as I didn't ask for a second Pillow, that was my fault.

The staff was by far one the best I have experienced in Germany :) Excellent location, clean and big rooms. We had with 2 double beds.

Clean and paceful. If you travel by car there is a parking garage paying 9EUR/day

be careful of the small step in the bathroom :D

The room has a lot of space and the location was very good.

The buffet was lacking fresh fruits. Otherwise everything was great.

Restaurant at the hotel. The guys are really friendly & professional!! Public parking possibilities.

Staff are pleasant and helpful . Clean and well stocked mini bar . The breakfast is supposed to be brilliant but we didn't have it there. Its near Ravensburg where there is a good shops bars and restaurant's and nightlife.

The Hotel is dated but clean and fictional. The parking was not free in the parkhaus beside the hotel.
