The property was close to everything. Five minute walk to the leather market, 15 steps to the Domo, so close to restaurants. I’m a solo woman traveling alone I felt safe and secure. The hotel staff is so very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

I don’t have anything to improve on for the hotel it’s a 2/3 star hotel. You can pre-pay and get breakfast or you can pre-pay but still get your free coffee or cappuccino every day. I think it’s a great hotel for the price and for being so close to everything

AMAZING location, very helpful and friendly staff, comfortable bed, felt very safe and secure as a solo female traveler, very clean and the price was good.

Would have been nice to have a few more towels and also the noise from other guests is very loud and the room is not very insulated from the sound inside.

Ok, this isn’t the Ritz! But it is an amazing hotel in the heart of Florence! The location is amazing, the staff super helpful and accommodating, the rooms are traditional and a little basic, bed side tables, dresser, TV (with pretty good channels) a wardrobe and a chair all very traditional but SO CLEAN! I don’t ever write reviews but honestly this little gem in the middle of Florence is excellent and so worth it! I’ll definitely stay again in the future! Thank you for the excellent stay!

Excellent. The location was perfect 👌🏻 Near to the Duomo. Very short walk from the Florence main station. Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel.

The location was amazing. Just a few steps from the Duomo. It is located in the heart of Florence. We only stayed for 1 night, but we are looking forward to staying here again. Our room had a view of the Giotto Bell Tower. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom is the same way. An ideal facility for 2 people. The employees were friendly and helpful. There was also complimentary water and mini wine at the room. You can also drink free coffe and hot chocalate at the reception area.

The only negative thing was the lack of beddings in bed. They used two sheets to cover the duvet. We tied the sheets to sleep properly.

We love this hotel! It's family-owned, and assures that all interactions are one -on-one, and all questions are directly addressed. An example: Our room was rather noisy at night (it's on a pedestrianized street) only because the restaurant below played techno music all evening ("thud thud thud thud....'). I brought this up the morning (after our week's stay), and the owner assured us that there were indeed rooms facing the back, gave me their room numbers, told me what each one's VIEW was (!), and the best room for our next visit! They most definitely have our loyalty for our future trips.

Hotel Costantini's location is excellent. It is close to so many beautiful sites, and also close to many excellent restaurants. Giulia and the other people at Reception were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the views out our windows. We also enjoyed having a drink on the terrace of the restaurant located one floor below Hotel Costantini. We also appreciated the caffe machine in the lobby.

If you are a light sleeper, you might hear late night revelry outside on the street. For us, the location was worth the bit of revelry we heard one of our nights.

The location of the facility is excellent. I can say that you stay right next to the large cathedral in the center, almost in the cathedral itself.

The facility is so central that you have problems traveling by car. Because you have to use the roads with signs stating that you cannot enter at certain hours. But to share information that we cannot receive directly at the facility, if you have reached the facility using these prohibited roads, if you inform the reception of your license plate, they can ensure that you are not issued a traffic ticket for the past 3 hours. Unfortunately, we learned this information not during our first conversation with the reception, but later when we talked to the officials of Europcar, our car rental company.

The hotel was located right at the Duomo. Easy walk to everywhere - museums, Ponte Vecchio, restaurants. It is about a 15 minute walk from the train station. Very easy check-in. Staff was very helpful. Reasonable price for the excellent location. The hotel is within sight of the bell tower. Bells start at 7:30 in the morning and ring periodically until 8:30 pm (20:00) but do not ring late unto the night. I loved hearing the bells, but bring earplugs if you think it might disturb your sleeping hours! I would highly recommend this hotel for the price.
