Domus duomo is perfectly located for anyone who hasn’t visited Florence before, it’s well situated in with a short walk to the main piazza and with shops and restaurants as soon as you enter the street level. the apartment itself is the same of a small apartment which is also a great addition.

The drains in the shower was taking a while to go down and because of the size of the room and heights of the ceilings we found the aircon couldn’t be as effective, we were there for 38 degree days but it was still bearable.

Great location, in the middle of everything, but that also made it noisy. Lots of space including a kitchen. Nice seating area and bed was comfortable.

Very noisy… overlooks a main tourist street. Someone started a random street party one night and it was crazy loud til late. Kitchen had no kettle, no coffee/tea etc. No soap in bathroom. Need to bring/purchase it all.

The location was fabulous. Saving grace having a lift available. The room we stayed in was soundproof to the street below. It was perfect for what we needed.

The last two nights we had an inconsiderate neighbour who made lots of noise throughout the night. Banging doors and cupboards. Not the properties fault but we got little sleep and it was frustrating.

The location is perfect, the room large and the bed and bedding comfy & cosy! With the dining table, plates etc, kitchen facilities we decided to self cater from the central market and had a lovely relaxing evening in at the room/apartment. Allowed us to drop off our luggage off early.

We were told to take the stairs to the 4th Floor, however there was a full operational lift and while slow, would have been better than lugging our luggage upstairs, so maybe they can instruct to take the lift instead.

the location is amazing, you can see the Duomo through the window the room is big, comfortable and nice the smart tv is a plus having kitchen (specially the fridge) is great easy check in and check out

the room was very big and the A/C was not enough to cool down the whole place - however we considered it could be normal since we were 43 degrees outside there was an apparent broke into our room without permission (and it was not the cleaning services nor the manager). The manager didn’t care about it and did not help to find out what happened, we didn’t lost anything (just one of our belongings was damaged) but it was an uncomfortable experience.

It was really close to everything. It’s supper easy to walk to everything. I found the bed comfortable. The city is old so expect an older smaller room. It didn’t really bother me as we were out of the room all day exploring.

The room was tiny. We could hardly walk around each other. The bathroom was kind of dirty.

location is perfect! very good value for the money. Room is big, with small kitchen and the room is also clean and bed is confortable.

lift is very small, the common area is within two different rooms and our staff got locked out but managed to get it by calling the agent for door access.

I stayed in the Junior Suite and I loved it. Central location with clean room and a small kitchen. Only issue was that streets were too noisy early in the morning which cant be avoided when you live in central location. I walked to almost all tourist attraction. there was a lift for the luggage. however the location was hard to find on google, I walked from the train station. I will definitely stay in this location and I really loved it

It was a cold night and the heating system had an issue. The owner didnt explain well and I had trouble figuring out how the Airconditioning heating system worked resulting in cold night. there is no front desk and all the help is through whatsapp which was not prompt enough

- The location is great - The room is a good size - Everything was clean

- Given its right next to the Duomo, it is very loud and bright all through the night. The windows don't really block out the sound - Some of the finishings are a little dated
