The location is great. I was also impressed with the building and the facilities. I loved the poool and the gym. The entrance hall is very clean, beautiful and always smells good. The room had an amazing view. Also, the co-working space on the top floor is just amazing! The security of the property is very good and the staff in general is great!

The room had a big, open closet with a rack running from one end to the other. However, there were only 2 hangers, which didn't make any sense. That is far too little for the space and specially for two people who are travelling for work. I asked for more hangers, but never got any, so I went and bought some. Also, the bed-linen was strange: there was no duvet cover just two over-sized sheets sandwitching the duvet. It was a bit complicated to make the bead and keep the room tidy. The sheets had some stains.

The building is situated in a nice area, safe and within walking distance from all you may need during your stay, metro station, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, and even the nearby shopping mall which is just 10 minutes away. The studio apartment is spacious and clean and offers many amenities to help your stay. Is easy to make your online check-in and enter the building and the apartment without any problem even a bit earlier than your allowed time of 3:00 pm. Easy and helpful communication with the host through WhatsApp.

I stayed twice in the building. This first time booked a superior studio apartment and everything was great during my stay. The second time I booked a standard studio apartment. Unfortunately second staying had some issues. The apartment wasn't as described as things were missing from it. No mirror on the wall, only the one in the bathroom. No coffee machine. Wrong remote control for the tv without being able to use it for Netflix or Prime for example. The coffee machine and remote control were delivered but only on Monday morning. I was there from Saturday, I had to spend two days without being able to use what I had paid for and what was supposed to already be in the room.

The doorman always puts us through a hard time by letting us in. they don't speak English nor Spanish and always gave us a hard time entering because he didn't understand our accent even when I spent t almost eight days there.

You can't beat this location. It's right around the corner from the Moema Subway station, making it very easy to go anywhere. It's also a short walk to the Ibirapuera Shopping Mall and many local restaurants, markets, bars and clubs. The building is also brand new and has a pretty good gym area, as well as a nice co-working space on the top Floor. Off course, be aware it's a small room (around 30sqft or so), so you'll probably not want to spend a lot of time there.

There are two things I really disliked: First, they do not provide room cleaning or even extra clean sheets, extra towels or soap/shampoo. If you want so, you'll need to pay an extra R$150 for the cleaning service to come in and replace it all. I stayed at this property for about 4 weeks, so of course I'd need clean towels and more hygiene products at some point. The second point I didn't enjoy was that the noise isolation is not the best. I was on the 4th floor and I could hear trucks and cars passing on the street, making it harder to sleep. Maybe you should get a higher floor.

Clean, modern, quiet, and safe place in a good neighborhood

Check-in is not smooth, especially if you are coming home after midnight I had to wait 40 minutes for the first check-in and almost 20 minutes when I was coming back after midnight They are very restricted on check out time, which is at 11, not even 1 hour late check out. The customer service they initially told me that they could provide me with an electricity plug adapter, and then later they said we don't have it, and because of that, I lost my online meeting. AC will leak if it's too humid outside. The toilet cap is broken.

No breakfast included. Good breakfast restaurants are located nearby.

I would have liked to have an entry code to the building reception. Gaining access to the building required contacting security each time. Users should be aware that the property is in the flight path of the local airport.

Super easy to collect the Key to arrival, the system is prepared for your arrival at any time. The building has a good security, with staff at the door and a reception. The amenities and the bussiness center exceed my expectation. The view from the business center is one of the best of SP.

Room 403 was excellent but unfortunately the air conditioner kept dripping on the bed after the 1st night and I notified them and they did not fix the air conditioner the entire time we were there

It was a large room and it was very good and it had everything we needed except for an iron or a steamer for the clothing

The location and facilities are both excellent. Close to the subway, mall, restaurants and quick car rides from most interesting places in Sao Paulo.

My check-in was delayed as the room wasn't ready, and even though I had sent all the documents beforehand through their platform, I had to do it again through WhatsApp as apparently they couldn't find it. And one day o couldn't use the gym as there was no power in that part of the building.

Modern and safe. Great to have a gym and pool. Close to Congonhas airport - but not too close. Lots of nice cafes nearby and there’s a SmartFit up the road too.

The room was small but we weren’t there long so that didn’t matter to us.
