The cleanliness was great. The room was clean and large enough. The bed was very comfortable and the HVAC unit worked very well. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options for the normal person. The staff always went above and beyond to meet our needs.

The breakfast would exceed expectations if it would have options for those who have dietary needs of gluten and dairy free.

Everything was great. The staff was great, the facility was soooo clean, and the breakfast in the morning was hot and fresh. Sometimes you had to wait on food because they had run out but it was never more than a few minutes. I went there at 9:28 to see if maybe on the off chance they might have something left and they did! They stopped serving at 9:30. Can’t say enough nice things.

Breakfast bar very nice. Good selection, full bins, tasty, staff kept filled and fresh. Staff also kept area clean and tidy.

Flavored creamer pumps seemed somewhat plugged. Took a while to add to my coffee. Do they need to be rinsed and hot water run through pumps regularly to clear pump tubes?

The buffet breakfast is great, lots of choices. Coffee is good. They had free water bottles and fruit in the evenings and pastries. Room was clean. Beds very comfortable. Fridge in the room

Shower gel dispenser was out. Stayed two nights but cleaning staff didn't stock new towels and wash cloths. No housekeeping after 2:00 pm so we went without. The front desk clerk had no comment

I loved that the sheets were beyond clean, the bathroom was fancier than expected, and the privacy was excellent. The staff was friendly. It was conveniently located in the town, right between my parents house and Walmart.

I did not like that the other guests were not very hospitable. I think I woke up at least three to four times throughout the night because someone was slamming their hotel door or talking extremely loudly.

Easy access to the interstate. Friendly staff.

It was under construction so it was dusty. They had a huge dumpster out front and boxes of tile blocking the sidewalk.

Everything was great; from the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas and not the mention, the hot breakfast in the morning. Would definitely recommend.

There has been an unusual amount of snowfall and the sidewalk was extremely icy.

Whole lobby was under construction and not usable. Also not very conducive to having breakfast there.
