We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location of the hotel is amazing. The staff was really friendly, we had a nice sized room with a big bed, the room was very clean. Our room was right on the street and we thought it would be loud at night, but it was so quiet that we slept like babies. There are lots of nice restaurants located right in the area of the hotel. We arrived by bike, and the hotel had a bike room where our bikes were locked up safely. The real highlight for us was the breakfast. The quality of the food was very high and all of the food offered were local products (From the bread, to the jam, eggs, cheeses, yogurt, meats, juice, you name it).

A particular kind person from the staff was incredibly helpful during my stay. When I wasn't feeling well and being with my 2 children, they went out of their way to coordinate with the nearby restaurant to have a pizza delivered directly to my room. This thoughtful gesture made a significant difference and was greatly appreciated.

The location was somewhat loud outside due to the street and nearby restaurant, making it noisy if you want to keep the window open during summer.

We went as a family - 3 adults, 3 kids - to visit the Christmas markets. The hotel is located in a spectacular location and is very comfortable and clean. The staff hospitably greeted us. We slept comfortably in the clean bedrooms and comfortable beds.

Overall I can only recommend the hotel and will stay there the next time I visit Einsiedeln. Just note the rooms get extremely warm at night due to the traditional heating.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Monastery and shops and restaurants. It is also an easy walk to the train station. The staff was very helpful, whether it was a warm drink in the afternoon or helping us to get laundry done. We were very happy with our stay.

The rooms were very clean and with ample storage. Location was in very close proximity to excellent restaurants, attractions and stores.

Not much choice for breakfast but this is a personal preference. I would stay here again without the breakfast option.

Cozy hotel very centrally located and right next to the Kloster. Nice and courteous staff. Small cozy wellness area.

Rather dark room. Room had only one window with no view, right next to neighboring building.

Centrally located with modern decor and friendly staff. We had a superior room which was a good size even with the sofa bed converted. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was worth the extra price.

Air conditioning would have been nice as well as more than 1 cup in the bathroom.

very comfortable rooms i a central location close to the translation and the abbey . excellent breakfast . good value for money and the spa (sauna and steam ) makes it the perfect hotel in einsiedeln :)

I love everything about this small hotel .Location cant better than this close to every things . so clean .lovely staff & so comfortable, cozy, modern & quiet rooms . easy to check in & check out .Staff can speak english fluently..I defiantly go there all the time for my business trips as well as private .

I liked all .was not anything disappointed.they may put small refrigerator / bar in the rooms for drink like water etc . Or may put some snacks ..or even small coffee or tea maker with some swiss chocolate .haha

The location was superb. Right around the corner from the monastery and surrounded by lovely restaurants and beautiful old buildings! Also, the staff was very helpful when asking about places to eat and just generally very lovely people. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. Wooden floor (which I prefer to carpet in hotels)! The shower was great and the breakfast was very enjoyable (not a huge buffet but very good). Finally, there is a sauna which we sadly didn’t use (no time). The value for money was really really good.

I have no complaints. Everything was great!
