It was comfortable and clean
There is too much light in the room: light that is coming from under the door from the hallway. Light was also coming from the window and under the door from the connecting room. It caused the whole room to light up, but we were tired enough that we fell asleep through it. But I would prefer the room to be dark. Also, some of the beds made noises from the metal underneath them. Every time someone moved on them.

Staff was very nice and room was nice
The only problem we had was the room we wanted was a smoking room but when we got in it the air didn't work. But the staff got us out in another room only thing was it was non smoking and husband had to go outside to smoke. And we didn't get any clean towels while we were there.

Room was huge and well lit and beautiful
The lobby and exterior could use some work. One of the towels in my room (folded and in bathroom ready to use) was severely stained. I took it to check out and requested she toss it out. Had to tighten the toilet seat. No biggie there though. Was very noisy outside quite early. Location is crammed in with other hotels and businesses. Not the hotel's Gault for outside noises though so good stay overall

Long trip and we needed to rest. Like the reasonable price for a couple of hours.
No breakfast to continue our trip. Two members of my family also had their rooms. As we waited there were no enough chairs in the lobby for them to sit to wait for our ride. We needed one more room for another family member. So they had to book another place to stay.

My favorite part of the trip was having my pets with me
Some of the staff were kind of just just blah like the overnight guy wouldn't let my boyfriend into the hotel when he went out to smoke a cigarette during the night. It was ridiculous. I was taking a shower and he was trying to call me so I would come let him in and I didn't hear him so he was stuck outside for like 45 minutes.

The front desk was so inviting the man that checked us in was went above and beyond to get us parked get us to our room what a wonderful place
That there was no ice machines on the floors the elevators a little bit slow and we were on the third floor

Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was helping and very friendly.
No computer chair and no vending machine snacks. Only snacks were at the front desk.
