Room was beyond expectations, the couch and the space of the room was perfect, makes it feel less crowded like a lot of other hotel rooms can. Room was very clean and just what we needed for a quick stopover after a long road trip.

There wasn't much not to like, the property was exactly what we needed! The only things if being picky were that our shower/bath plug was on one of the shelves in the shower so looked like someone had forgotten to put it back in place after fixing or cleaning and also the location being behind gas stations didn't feel like the best location but it also didn't feel unsafe at any point during our stay so can't fault that much!

The room was very nice, it was very clean and the staff were all sweet hearts. The pool was also very clean and even cool with the 100 degree temperature. We stayed on the third floor and the walls are so well insulated that you can't hear any of the neighboring rooms. All in all it was an amazing stay and I will definitely be coming back

The only thing that I can say negatively is that the bed was a little hard and the AC ran a little slow. But those two things were greatly outweighed by how great everything else was.

La Quinta are always reliable. Girl at check in was super nice. A lot of things around for dinner and snacks. Hot breakfast was GREAT.

One ice machine on the 3rd floor for the whole hotel. Limited selection in the snack area for purchase. Juice machine was broken at breakfast and they had frozen juice cups. Coffee was out for awhile around breakfast, the lady seemed overwhelmed. Not a lot of area to walk the dog

The bed was comfortable, the elevator by the office was fast.. The staff was amazing. Coffee was good and plenty of it, we only. Stayed one night. Due to no fault of the hotel.

Only thing I didn’t like was our Esa dog, did not like the tile floor. I would suggest put carpet runners in medical rooms and elevator.

The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was clean! I loved that our room had a mini fridge with a freezer section as we were traveling with a toddler who depends on milk, and we use freezer packs in the diaper bag when we are out doing things. There was also a microwave! They have a snack/drink section downstairs, which was also great with 2 kids in tow! We only used the pool once because we had lots of other plans, but it was nice!

the location allowed us to easily visit beaches from Biloxi to Destin.

the beds were not quite as comfortable as we needed … noting that bed quality varies from person to person. two of the three in our party suffer from back and neck issues which the beds did not help. also, the breakfast was lame given what we’ve observed at other American hotel chains.

They honored our first floor request.

They allow pets but no smoking rooms. I feel smoking rooms should be on the top floor. Smoke goes up right?. Most first floors are for pets. I requested the first floor so I don't have to always walk down the stairs and go outside to smoke at night. This potentially can be a security issue.

Comfortable room with cushy beds and accommodating design in the handicapped bathroom. Warm, clean, secure, and quiet, with good lighting. Very polite staff. Fun holiday decorations!

Maybe needs some vegetarian entree options in the on-site c-store?

when I got to the room the keycard didn’t work and when I went to the front desk o saw other customers with the same problem. Another frequent traveler who stays there often commented it that also there’s problems with the door on the side that goes to the parking lot. So maybe the hotel should check on that, it is annoying when we are tired to go and back forward to the front desk.

The lobby and room were clean and welcoming.

The outside looked unkempt. There were bullet holes in one back window (where we were told to take our pets for a walk). The back of the building windows had mold and mildew.
