Friendly and welcoming staff. Guest house was spacious. Washing machine and dryer were inside our guest house and worked well - complimentary washing liquid provided in a sachet (enough for two loads if you use half at a time). Air conditioning was in the living room and directed towards the bedroom foyer which was great. Thick blankets on the beds and the king bed had an electric heating blanket as well. Good amount of plates, cups and cutlery for the four of us that stayed here. The building we stayed in had under cover car parking and was accessible by the side door - convenient to keep out of the rain. Quiet location. Right opposite you can see mountain ranges. Mount Wellington is about 20-30 minutes away from here - highly recommended (pack thick jackets, scarves and beanies). Hobart CBD is a 5-10 minute drive, but you could walk it. Royal botanical gardens not too far away by walk either. Toothbrushes and toothpaste not provided as part of environmental sustainability - remember to pack your own. One soap bar at the bathroom vanity and liquid body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower cubicle.

WiFi (free) is a little spotty. Enough for basic internet searching, but not much more than that. Cell signal in the area was good. Anyway, you should be enjoying the great outdoors.

It was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. I’The facilities such as the full kitchen, laundry and bathtub gave it a ‘home away from home’ feel, which was nice when travelling with young children. We were in town to visit family and enjoyed having the space to host them at the apartment for a meal. The receptionist when we checked in was very friendly and helpful.

Just a minor thing but it would have been good to have slightly more supplies in the kitchen, e.g. a spare bin liner and some extra dishwashing liquid (only two sachets, plus one sachet of dishwasher detergent, supplied for a two-night stay). The TV was complicated to use and there were no instructions provided.

Booking was for three adults staying 5 nights so we found the two bedroom apartment spacious with good kitchen facilities and having a laundry was useful.

Only one hand towel and two facewashers provided and not changed for 4 nights. A way to brew coffee would have been helpful eg a coffee plunger or capsule machine. Only found the chopping board on the final morning - it was white in a white cupboard under the toaster.

The apartment we were in was lovely, super clean and spacious, the room was cleaned / tidied daily while we were out (haven't stayed in a fully serviced apartment in ages!) We loved the layout and that our car was able to be parked close, nicely renovated in a beautiful heritage building, and staff were lovely. Had everything we needed. Was close to Woolworths and not far from Hobart cbd and waterfront, just a short drive.

Location was good but less central than we had realised, glad we had a hire car. Very hilly area (like a lot of Hobart!) Beds were a bit firm for us but really no major complaints, would stay again.

Well equipped and furnished serviced apartment for 4 people We were graciously given a late check in and keys left in a safe location for pick up We also asked for a second key which was provided without issue Toiletries and towels provided, in-house laundry which was ideal for a longer stay 1 parking space provided next to our apartment but more parking available if we wished Short 20min walk into the main town, or cheap $8 uber (even during the height of Dark Mofo festival). Alternatively short walk into North Hobart for fantastic brunches and shops Well equipped kitchen for home cooked meals, large dining table to eat them on. Two balconies overlooking the road (surprisingly quiet) but also great views of Mt Wellington. On the other side a generous sun-facing balcony window overlooking the rest of the Quest lodgings Smart TV downstairs for streaming channels

Wifi coverage was patchy and connections kept dropping in and out

Lovely big two bedroom house. Comfortable, clean and spacious. Washing machine and dryer and washing powder provided and replaced daily. Serviced daily (beds made, bins removed) which was a nice surprise. Close to Woolies and BWS.

Minimal crockery and cooking items (not enough bowls, only one large frypan and saucepan), no highchair. Only one dishwasher tablet provided for 3 nights. Sleep disrupted by weird banging noises (we think the tree branches were hitting the carport roof, trees need to be cut back).

Initially checked into one of the town houses that fronted the highway. Apart from the incredible noise from the road, the accommodation was very old, slightly dirty,dank and everything was not in working order. Asked to be moved and was moved to a good two bedroom apartment further back in the grounds. Was quiet, spacious and had clean facilities that were in good working order. We enjoyed our stay from this point onwards. Walking distance to Woolworths and BWS, walk to the city.

The entire grounds sit beside a 4 lane highway, unless you like all the windows and doors closed and don’t mind the roar of a highway you may need to request to be moved back up into the grounds. Some of the accommodation needs a big refresh, whilst 3 star isn’t fancy I feel that the condition of our initial accommodation was beyond acceptable. Toilet was running, it smelt on the lower level, cobwebs, window didn’t open, and the entire kitchen is past its lifespan. We stayed in 3 star accommodation throughout our 14 day trip around Tasmania, this was our only instance of disappointment. Whilst we were happy after we were moved, I wouldn’t return.

I loved our charming room. Facilities, kitchenette and bathroom appeared to have been recently updated. Loved eating at the table by one of our tall bay windows overlooking the lovely grounds.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. At first I thought it may have been noisy being right at the front entrance and very close to reception but once in the room, it was very quiet and private.

Had the disabled apartment, and it was just great, except for one little thing, wouldn’t be able to get a wheelchair into the kitchen from the lounge, just a small opening, my walker just fitted through..but a great bathroom set up, with a plenty of room for wheelchair or walker. And a ramp right up to the front door….such a lovely big unit, you could live in it quiet comfortably

The fact that when the door is locked from the outside, people inside cannot get out. In hindsight we should have asked for two keys….

Very Spacious, Clean and Comfortable. Beds are comfy and have heated blankets Which is important to me as i have a bad back. Very close to city. Family Suites are large and spacious, reception staff a pleasant and offer local information. The street adjacent had a bin collection day and when outside it was a little noisy but I heard nothing in the bedrooms and i usually take earplugs in case of noise and I did not need them.
