Location is awesome for a late flight or early flight or whatever. And the staff are excellent. Great little convenience store stuff down in the lobby like milk, chips, Etc, though I wish they would have some healthier stuff like some fruit which I didn't see.

The thermostat in my room did not work so it was kind of warm but I needed to just sleep and didn't have time to deal with it Or even tell anyone. The bed was not comfortable for me, very soft. Some people may like a really soft bed, but I think most people probably prefer something in between or firmer....

This hotel is located off the main airport concourse and is very easy to get to . Ideal for travellers before or after a flight . It is also easy to get to downtown Pittsburgh from the hotel and airport by bus shuttle. The rooms are spacious and very clean . The beds really comfortable and despite being an airport hotel it is very quiet . Good on-site restaurant - lovely welcome at breakfast from restaurant manager and good lunch / dinner options .

The room is well kept, the hotel is clean and like new, very convenient and linked to the airport terminal by pedestrian bridge with travelator conveyer. The bridge end towards the terminal is right at the passenger security on entering the air side. The hotel room is spacious and the bed is so comfortable, the toiletries are of good branded quality and the coffee capsules are of organic origin with special coffee machine inside the room. The window view is on huge airport open air parking grounds with green landscape at the background, with very acoustic sound insulation. A good choice for having comfortable night if you have more than 17 hours connection in Chicago O’Hare Strongly recommended for long connections

The ease of getting into the airport for our early flight. We live @ 40 minutes away but bad weather was expected so we only spent about 12 hours in the hotel and didn’t use any of the facilities other than the hotel room.

Very little insulation from noise between the rooms. And the sheets were actually very noisy! Because we were only staying in case of bad roads in the early morning, it was pretty pricey!

Location-I live in Pittsburgh but had a very early flight so I got a ride to the airport to stay the night before my flight

I tried booking through Hyatt and got a promotional rate that would have been $60 less than through booking.com. When I got to the checkout page, the rate was $120 higher and did not show any details. I tried a second time and got the same higher than selected rate so I signed out and reserved through booking.com. Very frustrating waste of time. 🤨

Literally at the airport. Had an early flight and did not want to miss it, and this hotel is fantastic for international travellers because you cannot get lost on your way to the airport. The room was huge, too big for me as a solo traveller but has everything you needed to relax before your trip. The hotel staff were lovely and everything was very smooth and easy which I think everyone loves when travelling.

This is an expensive hotel. But for the location you have to think is spending a bit worth it to have peace of mind in getting to the airport for your flight. Up to you.

I stay here when I have early flights or get in too late. It's just the perfect distance from check in for the airport. I've always had very pleasant staff and the food in the restaurant is very good.

The price feels a bit high for the quality of the hotel. I assume it is because of it being attached to the airport, so the convenience is worth it to many.

My comforter had questionable stains. The sheets, bathroom, and the rest of the room were nice, but I am not sure how housekeeping missed the stains on the bed cover.

The quality of the bed, bedding and the amenities in the bathroom were excellent. Loved the magnifying makeup mirror, the huge screen TV (on which we watched the Super Bowl!), the flooring (area rug near the bed, smooth surfaces otherwise. It was a great room for travelers to utilize. Our goal was to be able to get to a very early-morning flight on time, and this location was perfect.

It would have been nice to have been able to park our car here, but we opted to use off-site Globe Parking and have them shuttle us to the hotel.

I love a good airport hotel, and this fits the bill. Especially as you can walk to the hotel from the baggage claim, or from the hotel to check-in. Great large flat-screen TVs in the room.

No drinks/cocktail prices on the menu, just a list of alcohol available. Odd. But I noticed that elsewhere, too. Also, I was traveling solo, but I still had to pay for a double room.
