This is the second time I stayed here before an early flight out of Pittsburgh. The hotel provides a great free (gratuity not included) shuttle service to and from the airport with long term parking options cheaper than the airport if staying more than a few days. It also starts breakfast at 4am. Hotel staff is kind, accommodating, and hard working. Numerous restaurants are nearby. Strong wifi,comfy bed, good water pressure and temp for shower. Will stay again for sure during my next early flight!

I'm being very picky here, but... due to the awkward location getting in and out of parking lot can be a little tricky, so you might need to do a u-turn to be in the proper lane.

We stayed here before an early morning flight. We ended up parking there for a decent fee and using the free shuttle service to and from, which worked out to avoid the cost and crowdedness of airport parking. Breakfast started early, so despite my early departure I was able to toast a yummy bagel. The man in charge of breakfast was accommodating as I was eating before it wasn't technically set up yet... so thank you to him!

The bathroom had some mold in it and there was slight misty smell to the place, but nothing to bothersome.

Very quite place. A lot of parking space. The fact they allow pets. The hotel is quite big so they have several entrances which allows you to get to your room easily, for me it's very important as I can't walk long distances.

The cleaning of the room was absolutely out of the standars of any hotel even if for a 3 stars one. Was very dirty. The noise of the ac/heat is too loud, the noise of the refrigerator was impossible too. We found a toast bread behing the fridge and more dirt.

I enjoyed everything about the hotel. The afternoon staff was awesome - always said Hello and was there when I had questions. The rooms were very nice - comfortable and had everything I need for my 3 day/4 night stay.

It's not that I didn't like it but the breakfast started off great and each day it dwindled. It was like the tried to order enough food to make it stretch through the week and it didn't make it. But the options were good if they were available.

I loved the location of the hotel in reference to Pittsburgh. It was a short drive to the city and downtown. The room was cozy, and I slept well. I appreciated having a TV and mini fridge. I loved that check-out wasn't until noon, so I could sleep in after a late night out.

The breakfast could have included more options overall, especially gluten free. I am gluten free due to hypothyroidism, so there were very few options at breakfast for me (yogurt, fruit cup, eggs). The waffle station is the highlight of every hotel breakfast, so I wish they had something as filling and exciting that was also gluten free. Gluten free bread? Gluten free bagels? A customizable gluten free oatmeal bar? I wish they had more toiletries available in the bathrooms, more soaps for the shower.

My stay at La Quinta was 'forced' as my flight was cancelled and re-arranged for the early hours the following morning. On booking, the reservation was instant with a notification to call to arrange for the shuttle bus driver to collect me from the airport which was excellent and not anticipated. The staff were extremely professional and courteous at check in and the room clean and spacious. The bed was superbly comfortable (even though I had to wake and leave in the middle of the night to return to the airport) and ideal for my purposes as I went to sleep immediately after a long and tiring day. There is a restaurant located right next door to the hotel so if you are in my situation, you can get a hearty meal before turning in. When I left early hours of the morning, the shuttle bus took me back to the airport (it is 24hrs I think which is brilliant) and the concierge on duty that night super friendly and extremely kind (giving me coffee, juice and fruit for my journey).

The staff was great - courteous and accommodating. The accessible room was great - first-floor access, vinyl tile flooring made it easy for walking, safety bars in the bathroom, and ample space for walking. The room was very clean and with a beautiful comfy bed. 12 noon check out made it very tempting to stay in bed a bit longer. The breakfast bar was sufficient (hard-boiled eggs, make your own waffles, hot/cold cereals, bagels, breads, yogurt, and hot/cold drinks.

This particular room did not have a microwave or fridge but we did not need it. (We were advised ahead of time and offered a different room.) Although we had safety bars, a walk-in shower would be ideal for folks with walking challenges. And just a suggestion --- ditch the dresser to the corner of the room and mount the TV thus providing ideal space for the physically challenged.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable and overall nice stay. Location was great. Close to restaurants and the facility where my Seminar was being held.

The Only issue I can think of is the parking. They said you can park in the Bob Evans lot next door but there are towing signs and was nervous my vehicle would be towed. It wasn't but I did ask again at the front desk the following morning and they said it would be fine.

The facility was clean and comfortable - check in was easy - parking was at a premium though

My check OUT experience was not what I’m used to. The gentleman behind the counter did not greet me when I approached. It was early morning and I usually get a “good morning”. I said good morning and he remained seated in a corner. He pointed to a bucket on the counter to dispose of my room key. I asked about a receipt and he begrudgingly provided one.

Great location to airport and a restaurant next door was so handy. Shuttle staff were friendly. Quiet clean room. Breakfast was good with a decent selection including pancakes, fruit and yogurt.

The breakfast area could be improved with modern appliances and coffee makes as the area looked tired and dated. The breakfast was adequate.
