Easy process to check in since you receive the self check-in codes by email. The apartment was really well located in the old part of Québec City. It was very convenient to visit the city. The apartment was clean. The photos looked better than the reality: it was smaller than in the photos, and a bit "sad" due to the lack of lights and decoration, but it was ok since we spent most of our time outside. It was great to have a kitchen to use. Our unit was facing the courtyard, so it was very quiet while being in the city center.

The property requested for credit card details to confirm the booking. The process is unsecured, they should find a solution to use a secured platform to collect the deposit (many online secured platforms exist to this end!). I didn't like this at all and if everything wasn't already booked at the time in Québec, I would have cancelled my booking. The kitchen could have been a bit more equipped with a sponge / tea and coffee would have been appreciated for the price. Overall, I found the price quite high for what you get.

The location is as good as it can get - you're right in the city centre, no need for a car to get around. But if you do have a car, there's a large underground parking lot just a few steps away.

Communication with the hosts/ admins is not the best. We didn't receive our entry codes and had to call them after sending multiple text messages and emails. If you are an international traveller without local sim card, it might cause you some issues. It would be great if the property owners installed blackout blinds - it gets very bright very early in the morning (during the summer months).

Brilliant location in Upper town, literally across road from Notre Dame Basilica. Lot or restaurants nearby, and just around block from Information Centre. Room had sofa (which I look for), table, and kitchen facilities with dishwasher (although we hardly used these during our short stay). Bathroom was very nicely done. Extra towels and supplies available in room.

Room a bit on the small side - mainly due to where we could store our (admittedly large) cases, no storage drawers or wardrobe for clothing. Not a big deal for us, and there was good living space.

Fantastic location in old Quebec! We could walk anywhere within minutes. The apartment was very clean, spacious for two people, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was also surprisingly quiet for being in the center of town. This was a great find! If we come to town in the future, we would book here again!

One small deterrent is that there are no black out shades. The days are long in the summer time and there are street lights on all night, so the unit is fairly light all day and night. If you have a sleep mask of some sort, problem solved!

Firstly, an email arrived with the key code to our outside door and to our room. No problem there. Liked the loft and thought it was cute and everything was great. Very good having a washing machine and drier so handy.

Liked everything about the place really. Except the three flights of stairs! It was fine for me but my husband is not so fit with a lung problem,! But we went slowly up and down!

The loft is perfectly located at the most tourism spots in old quebec. Everything is at the nearby location on walks and very convenient to find restaurants or markets. The room is awesome. It is really clean, wide, quite and completed with all kitchen utilities, which is wonderful place to travel with family.

The staff is helpful. Although it can be a bit confusing as the staff will not be found at the loft location. They can only be reached out via phone.

Location is great, directly in middle of old town. Small but well equipped kitchen studio. Quiet and very clean. Very easy upon arrival using code which was provided on that day.

this room had no view. The room had one rather small clothes closet, and no other dresser, but this worked out fine for us. And just bring everything you need for kitchen, spices and coffee filters!

Location - Location - Location It is in the heart of Old Quebec, and could not be better located. The view of the Le Château Frontenac in the attached photo is 50 feet from the entrance of the unit. The unit was clean and nicely furnished.

The beds mattress needs to be replaced in unit B201. The mattress has no support and you just sink in. There was a little street noise but it settled down by 10pm.

It’s all about the location with this room. The apartment was perfectly located. Everything worth seeing was within walking distance. BUT —The check in process was cumbersome. You have to go to another loft and you have to wait patiently till 4pm. Woe betide if you get there early with some luggage. You’re really screwed if the chap in the other loft isn’t helpful or is downright condescending (as he was to us). The only thing you can do in the apartment is move 1 step. That’s all the space there is. It’s all about the location, this one.
