The location is perfect for our trip. Our room was clean and equipped with a fully functioning kitchen (full sized fridge and common kitchen items). The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was fantastic, there were lots of variety and was served hot and fresh! We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna after a long day of being outdoors. We were so pleased with our stay and had to extend for another day and was well worth it.

The only thing that’s missing would be an air vent to circulate the air in the washroom. A tiny table closer to the wall outlet in the kitchenette would also be a great addition to the space.

bathroom door didn't close properly and sink was cracked. Furnishings were a little worn but still useable and comfortable. No towels available at pool and no notification to use towels from the room. Rates were a bit high, but comparable to others in the area

The gentleman at check in was efficient, polite and listened well. He willingly upgraded our room to the back side of the hotel that was quieter and had great views of the mountain when I asked. He explained the breakfast and dinner options as well as providing towels for the pool. The breakfast offered as part of the room price was very good. A variety of hot foods as well as fruits, yogurts cereals, toast, muffins, juice coffee and tea. I may have missed listing all of them.

The microwave sat on top of the fridge and made quite a bit of vibration noise. We thought to move the microwave to the counter and the noise subsided so we did sleep well because it was quiet. The restaurant for dinner did not have the mashed potatoes for entrees that mentioned it on the menu so I was left with a piece of salmon and some vegetables with no adjustment in price. I was disappointed in the vegetables as I’m sure they were not fresh. They were soggy like they came from frozen. That made my meal overpriced. The salmon, however was cooked to be dairy free as per my request so I’m thankful for that.

Breakfast buffet was great, food always well cooked. The in-house restaurant also offers quality meals, so no need to travel elsewhere for dinner. I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with living room, providing a comfortable lounging area.

In the spa area: the hot tub has very little jet power - it could use a better circulation pump. The water slide was only operational on the weekend, and I could not find a switch to turn it on in the pool area.

Clean room, comfortable beds, lovely bedding and pillows. The furniture was nice. The building appeared to be old, but in good repair and nicely painted. Everyone was so congenial and helpful. Like Mike, Harry and Gary. Good refrigerators. Nice pool, slide and hot tub. Delicious breakfast on real plates and silverware. I was so happy they had peanut butter and jam. Our King room had an ample kitchen ,dishes and a good sized refrigerator which we used for our evening snack. We all slept really well!

No decaf coffee 👎 no peppermint tea

The Rocky Mountain view outside our room was fantastic, a full panoramic display. We appreciated the supper meal service provided to our room from the Alfonso Restaurant, that was adjacent to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The room included a kitchenette, which wasn't needed, but appreciated the full size fridge.

The design of the hotel/motel is a little complicated with outside entrances to hotel rooms needing to be accessed using inner corridors and stairwells. A complimentary map guiding us to our room would have helped.

We had room 315 with kitchenette. Microwave and two pits te cook. Beautiful mountain view. Large tv connection with the provider wasnt the best but we love to sit outside. Great gym and amazing pool and sauna. Breakfast was wonderful, we stayed 3 nights and every morning warm scrambled eggs bacon or saucauges , beans, potatoes. Yoghurt orange jus, cereals and fresh fruit. Everything looked clean and the room was large.

Nothing to complain about

Dinner was very good ..and not over priced....Salmon pasta..!! Veiw from our room was awesome..!! Pool , suana and Hot tub area was great. And complimentary breakfast was good.

some hallways and areas could have been more clean and tidy.... Couple of areas of our carpet in our room was loose and wavey .. And the toilet was loose and rocked from side to side ( forgot to tell the front desk..) kitchen with full fridge was a bonus..!

The wifi is great, there was light daily housekeeping, the pool with waterslide, hot tub and sauna is a nice facility and there were always fresh towels at reception. Our room faced across the valley for a great view, and we had easy access to our vehicle. Keurig coffee pods were provided for the room, including decaf. The reception lent us scissors while we needed them for a game. As a side sleeper, I was very happy with the fluffy pillows rather than the flat pancakes we often find at hotels. Hot breakfast was included and had a good variety of options.

The breakfast was meant to be easy for the staff, so they only provide plastic cutlery, paper cups, etc. Just plates are washed. The hot food is clearly frozen and just baked in the oven - like hash browns and canned baked beans, store-bought bulk muffins, eggo waffles. The furniture in the room is very dated, with mismatched chairs and squeaking bed springs. I suspect the toaster in our kitchenette is as old as I am, and I had to go to reception to ask for more spoons and mugs so we would have a set of 4 for the family to eat. Since it was Family day weekend it was quite busy, and we had some noisy skiers partying next door in the evenings as well. It is a bit of a drive down to Golden and then up to Kickinghorse and Dawn Mountain for skiing, but that didn’t bother us.

Check-in was a breeze with friendly and helpful staff on hand. Our room was well appointed, clean and free of defects. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed the pool, spa and sauna - a most relaxing finish to the day. A good selection was offered for breakfast. The mountain views were stunning, and the inn is only a few minutes' drive to everything. Would certainly stay again!

We didn't realise that pool towels needed to be obtained from reception (many hotels provide them in the pool area) so we had to run back to our room through the cold night air in swimming clothes. Just be sure to get your pool towel first!
