Wonderful room for the price! I was so impressed with the sunlight streaming through the many windows and the very comfortable room. Sure, the paint was a bit chipped but, at that price, I was expecting a lot worse! And the location is ideal for CAT ferry passengers. Just a 5 minute straight shot to the terminal and to lots of conveniences like fast food restaurants and gas stations, as well as 2 lovely riverwalks. The owner, also, was very sweet and helpful.

My only concern was a gapping shade on the windowed front door since the room was ground floor. I solved that with a towel on a pants hanger over the gap.

Very clean and comfortable room with all the basic necessities. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating .The location overlooking a lake, was beautiful.Our continental breakfast was adequate and served us very well.

We would have appreciated if the breakfast was offered up to a slightly later time.

Friendly atmosphere from staff, room was fantastic and very clean. Didn't get a chance to use the Wi-Fi as I arrived late in the night. Spoke with front desk earlier in the day to advise I would be late. They had my room already to go and was very welcoming. I would stay there again. Thank you for the great hospitality. and the food was delicious. Coffee was very good too.

It was convenient to town, and the view was amazing. The price was good.

There was no air conditioning, so it was very warm. The room was clean, but definitely needed updates. They should tell people that if they want to charge phones/laptop, they will need to use a particular plug. The light switch shut off the power to the rest

Check in clerk, Mikaela, was very knowledge about Yarmouth and surrounding area. She gave us great suggestions of where to eat and how to get there. The grounds and the building are well maintained and esthetically pleasing.

Our only 'complaint' is there was no air conditioning and the little fan didn't help cool the room at all. We understand that it's not the motel's fault the day and night were extremely hot.

Location close to the ferry. My room was missing a fridge (under repair) and a coffee pot. They allowed me to use their fridge (used for staff) and gave me a spare coffee pot. Very accommodating, and very nice.

Older property but clean and nicely located and easy to find. The staff was awesome and more than just friendly but willing to satisfy our needs including bringing us fresh brewed coffee in the morning.

We were completely satisfied with this motel even though it was older. The price was good and location worked for us. We would stay there again if we visit Yarmouth.

Washroom sink too high - installed as kitchen countertop hight, room v hot due to luck of insulation in attic space, no ventilation in washroom other than open window, outside lights penetrating into room at night - hard to sleep, too expensive for these imperfections

The staff was friendly and informative. Suzanne, the manager, was very helpful and accomodating. The bed was very comfortable. We received a bagged breakfast with the room rate which we enjoyed enjoyed at a beach picnic. Morning coffee was fresh brewed and excellent. We will return.
