Paolo and his team were fantastically welcoming, helpful and generous throughout our stay - Paolo and his charming wife even invited us for drinks and gelato with their friends! The Palazzo is stunning, the suite was spacious, well-equipped and clean and the breakfast was delicious - with a selection of wonderful fresh, local produce and pastries. The location is brilliant for both walking to the Old Town (10 minutes) or driving out of Ostuni in any direction. Ostuni itself is wonderful. Make sure you take up Paolo's recommendation to eat at Ristorante Caffe Cavour - fantastic food in a beautiful setting - cooked and presented by the brilliant Fabrizio and his wife.

The hosts Paolo and Teresa were very welcoming and helpful. We got specific help booking transportation for a group going to a remote winery and also for a large group table booking at a local restaurant. There is an information booklet in the room with lots of information on the property and recomendations on restaurants, beaches, places to visit, practical tips. The secure parking was very good. Breakfast (additional charge) was good. The location is close enough to walk to the historical old town yet accessible easily by car. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with lots of character due to the historical nature of the building. Well equiped even a fridge freezer with plenty of room to store drinks and ice for the drinks! Pool and garden area very good and not too busy because there are only four appartments. A real oasis for some quiet time and place to cool off on a hot day.

Bathroom in our room was small but functional. Everything else was very good. We would return and recommend this property.

The hosts were gracious and room was HUGE. Perfect location for easily getting in and out of ostuni with private parking. Well cared for it was nice to spend some time in such a historic space.

Pool was so charming but a bit small. Quiet time In the garden/pool area was requested between 1pm and 4pm but this is when our kids most needed the pool/break from the city or beach. They were complimented on their behavior and the hosts were very gracious - brought treats and such- but as a parent it was a bit stressful to enforce quiet (not just calmness- even low talking felt like too much ) during that period. We ended up staying at the beaches longer to get through the mid day quiet.

We just left Ostuni after a wonderful stay at Palazzo Rodio, and we really did not want to leave this beautiful place. Despite being just a short walk from the heart of Ostuni's centre and super close to everything, the atmosphere here is so peaceful, you feel like you're in your own private oasis. The beautiful gardens and pool, the spacious rooms, history of the building all contribute to a sense of serenity. It's rare to find a place to stay so close to the old town that also has this space and beautiful outside area, so we were thrilled to see it gets the sun through the afternoon and loved relaxing by the pool. In addition to this, what truly made our stay exceptional were the owners; they were so friendly and attentive, making sure every aspect of our visit was perfect, even upgrading our room when they had availability and hosting Aperativo drinks and food in the early evenings for guests. Palazzo Radio is a truly special place for the authentic Italian experience and I can’t recommend it any higher - we'll definitely be back! .

Host: perfect. Paulo and his wife are so kind, welcoming and really decent people. They made us feel like home. They made sure we are having a great time. So as Anna Maria who also made sure we have everything we needed. I can not recommend this place more. Location: perfect Pool: perfect. Every afternoon Paulo and his wife Tresa came to pool area and offered is complementary wine or beer with crackers that was so nice of them to drink and chat with them. The place is an art house and even walking around the place and the room feels great and is an experience on its own.

Breakfast could be little better but again it’s nothing I can even consider important as the place and the host is so fantastic that this is not even important. I loved those hand picked organic figs every morning Paulo and his wife Tresa gave us to take to our room. So much of them and so tasty.

The location is perfect, a short walk into the centre where there are plenty of shops, restaurant and bars and a really nice atmosphere in the evening. Breakfast was typically Italian, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, cakes and savoury options, all fresh and delicious with Paulo on hand to provide coffee and tea. Paulo was very welcoming and helpful, recommending several restaurants to try. The accommodation is stunning, huge rooms and beautiful gardens with plenty of seating options. The private terraces are also enormous. I can highly recommend staying here.

The owners Paolo & Teresa were most friendly and welcoming, as was Anna Maria. Palazzo Rodio was an historic and centrally located grand home, with a personalised touch, having only four big apartments. The place was so tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean with private, secure parking onsite and the pool was in a beautiful garden setting.

We loved it! Thank you to Teresa and Paolo for the thoughtful glass of wine, water and snacks when we were relaxing near the pool and the departing gift of snacks and cold water for our onward car travel.

Palazzo Rodio is an exceptionally beautiful place to stay and only 5 minutes walk to the historic town. The owners Paolo and Theresa have put great effort and creative flare into the design of each apartment and every area of the Palazzo. Everything is of a high standard and shows they have excellent taste. Their manager Loredana is a lovely lady. She was so friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. We were in love with the gorgeous garden and pool area. The pool area is stunningly beautiful and the garden is lush with beautiful trees, flowers and decor. In the evenings the lights in the garden and pool area are magical, such a peaceful oasis. We booked the standard apartment which we loved and felt we could easily stay a month or more. We didn’t want to leave!

Nothing not to like. This was our most favourite place in all our stays in Italy.

Beautifully appointed old family palazzo. Wonderful pool and garden and private terrace for each apartment. On site parking. Communication was efficient and accurate. Our hosts Paolo and Teresa are warm and welcoming with a wealth of knowledge of local expeditions and restaurant recommendations. They also offer very informative wine tastings with local snacks to complete the wine. One of those special places you always hope you’ll find…….you won’t find many properties of this quality

This place is an absolute gem in Ostuni. An old and very elegant palace with interiors decorated with taste. Top clean. The housekeeper Paolo is very charming and helpful. The garden with a pool and warm water at the end of April was a nice surprise. Breakfast was great and tasty. Spacious and comfortable parking spaces in the premises. 7-10 walk to the old town means it is sufficiently distant from the tourist crowd and yet close enough for a nice stroll to the Centro Storico. Loved it all!

Everything was perfect only our stay was too short
