We were extremely impressed. The hotel has just been refurbished so everything was spotless and "shiny" new. It's located in a breathtaking ancient building full of homey corridors, doors, and rooms. The mix of modern aesthetics of the decoration and the classic-romantic background setting creates a very special atmosphere. The romantic-style courtyard with its garden was out-of-this-world charming. Our room was spotless clean, big, well-lit and well-heated. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better, tastier and more plentiful, than at every single major hotel franchise we've stayed at for the last two or three years. We had a really unforgettable experience., Vic was astonishingly beautiful this time of year (autumn) and the hotel felt like home away from home.

Almost nothing. We only missed one more shelf or small closet in the bathroom. That's all!

Loved the hotel courtyard/gardens and is in a good location. We had a bright and spacious clean superior room. All the staff were really nice and helpful.

What was missing in the room was a kettle to make tea. There was only an expresso coffee maker. We also had no drawers or shelves to put clothes on or things in. There was also no mirror in the room for the ladies to get ready as was difficult in the bathroom. The rooms only need a few small changes. We would definitely go back & stay at this lovely hotel.

Beautiful grounds, exterior and interior. Aesthetically very pleasing and a historically interesting complex near beautiful old churches and Romanesque structures. Staff was exceptionally good.

Impossible to drive a car to the location due to narrow streets and restricted passageways. Breakfast service was adequate but did not compare to all the other locations we visited in Spain. No phone in room, small tv too far from bed, dangerously slippery tile extension to the shower floor.

Location was great and staff was kind and helpful. the building is beautiful and the courtyard is very refreshing.

the room was surprisingly bare and the paint needed a fresh coat - there were marks all over the walls that it almost looked dirty. ultimately, it didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel despite being advertised as so. aside from a fresh coat of paint the room itself could be improved with a few easy and inexpensive changes to give that 4 star feeling: robes & slippers for guests to provide a more luxury feeling, a full length mirror for both light and function and art on the walls. with an art school in Vic it would be so cool to see local artists/students work featured in the rooms!

Everything was great. I've got nothing negative to say about Les Clarisses. The room was big and clean, the staff were really nice, breakfast was delicious, and we even checked out the beautiful garden. The whole building has been renovated with such delicate and impeccable taste. We're already looking forward to our next stay.

My only problem was that the water wouldn't get warm enough in the shower. We spoke to whoever was working the front desk and they said they would check it out and even said they could give us a different room, but, although thankful for that offer, we didn't feel that was necessary. The staff were very helpful and sweet.

Les Clarisses is a wonderful restored Convent in the heart of Vic. What a nice experience in this small city. There is a large central square teaming with locals playing football, dining out and socializing. the restaurants were very friendly and accommodated our little Spanish language skills! The hotel itself is charming and a great place to stay.

Very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and staff very supportive and friendly. Receptionist realised our needs and quietly reacted to them. Garden really stunning. Rooms comfortable and accessible, my wife is an independent wheelchair user.

Initial access to Hotel. Signage from parking should be clearer (especially if one has travelled for sometime and is tired!) Too much use of heavily perfumed cleansing products in the room on arrival. Some folks may like this but it was a bit overwhelming for us. Ramp to front door too steep and small so unable to use independently. This was a shame as everything else was great. This was discussed with reception on departure.

The room was really big and spacious with an awesome view into the garden and city walls. It is the very center of the Vic, walking distance from every sightseeing place you would possibly like to see. The big parking is nearby also. The interiors are very atmospheric with nice old furniture. It was also surprisingly quiet and calm, perfect chance to relax.

it’s a beautiful hotel located in the old part of town. The rooms are very spacious (we booked 3 different types) and it’s all the amenities you would expect. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. My parents have reduced mobility and had no doubt in collecting their suitcases from their car (at a nearby parking) on arrival. Driving from the car park to the hotel can be a bit confusing, one of their staff had no doubt in walking with me to the car park and jumping in the car with me to show me the way back to the hotel… amazing service. ALL staff were absolutely amazing.

The hotel has an arrangement with a nearby parking which is 150 m (approx) from the property. Since it’s in the the heart of the old town, cars are restricted (cameras operate) and you should contact the hotel if you are looking to drive up to the hotel entrance to drop the suitcases. - They will ask you for your registration number to ensure you don’t get fine.

Lovely location and beautiful old building. Rooms and hotel were super clean and aircon was really good which was a relief given the temperatures. Overall a lovely hotel with large rooms, comfy beds and lovely staff. Strongly recommended
