Staff were super lovely and helpful.. Great position it was close to the old part of Vic and we had breakfast in one of the cafes in the surrounding area rather than the Hotel. It had a mini fridge with complimentary water, a kettle and tea etc with further supplies downstairs. Nice toiletries. Pillows were too big for us, the bed very comfortable. WiFi was was good. The room had two neat armchairs which was great. We were there for a two night visit to Vic which is an interesting place to visit with nice restaurants and it was a perfect hotel as a base. Reduced parking close by (17€) or municipal parking 10 min walk away.

service and friendliness was exceptional the breakfast buffet was fantastic and always fully stocked at any time. there was fruit, pastries, bread , meats cheese, tortilla , egg etc coffee, fresh juices. the hotel was really clean also the public bathrooms etc. cleaningpersonnel was super friendly as well

the air conditionin our room was on but it didn't do the greatest jobs consideringwe put it on the coolest setting. the fridge didn't work either but these are minor points and I'msure they'dhave sorted it I'd we mentioned it but we weren't too bothered

Modern hotel, spacious and clean room. Located close to the centre of Vic and a short walk to the train station.

On our first night the hotel’s air conditioning was switched off which made for an uncomfortable sleep, we spoke to reception and it was switched on for night two - it would have been good if they had communicated about the air con at check in.

The best hotel in the city center of Vic and I'll keep coming back. Clean and very well maintained. Chic interiors and breakfast is wonderful. Shops and restaurants, supermarkets to pick up some necessities or a bottle of wine is just meters away Lovely location, and staff are very helpful

The room was very comfortable, the staff was attentive, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is convenient and central, around 500 meters from the bus and train stations. The area is bustling with numerous cafés and restaurants. The University of VIC is less than a 10-minute walk away.

The only issue was that the Wi-Fi could be somewhat unstable at times.

Clean room, big clean bathroom with toiletries. Hotel is near restaurants and has underground parking. A very nice smiling lady at the reception.

The bed was mobile, moving if you made a more energetic movement.

The hotel is perfectly located in a modern area of the city, it is within easy walking distance to the main square in the old town and the historic heart of Vic. The staff were particularly helpful with answers to all our questions making it a very pleasant trip, we will return.

The downside to Up rooms is the parking, there is a lot of parking to be had close by, but at a price, we had to pay €40 for two nights parking in a public car park. The address given does not work in a GPS system as it is a pedestrian zone and vehicles are not allowed, it was necessary to use google maps once we reached the city to find the hotel

The bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous. Everything available for your comfort and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Car parking underground 17€ overnight. We'll worth it. Breakfast was superb in beautiful dining room area. Walking distance to centre. Very enjoyable experience.

A bar in the hotel

Stayed here as a base to attend my son's wedding. Great Central Hotel. Clean, big rooms, good bathroom , big comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and great air-conditioning. Breakfast was good and plentiful with good choice. Would stay again.

Excellent location with very helpful and pleasant staff. The room was very warm and comfortable.

That there was only one mirror in the room and that was on the wardrobe. There were also no plug sockets by this mirror so it was hard to style hair and do make up. A mirror located by the dresser would of been great. Also the snack bar was closed during the hours stated it was open, this could be improved as there were no alternative food options during that time. Vending machines would of been great!
