Home away from home. We live down in Corpus Christi and normally do a day trip, but after this trip we’ll be here at least once a month. Breakfast and happy hour are awesome and having the bar and restaurant you really don’t need anything else. The shuttle that will take you anywhere within 3 miles every 30 minutes 24/7 takes our stay to the next level! Rooms are clean and with king suite our teenager has his own area separate from us. We’ve stayed at a lot of embassy suites and this one is top of the list. We highly recommend!!

The rooms were spacious and the extra living area made getting the baby down for bed incredibly easier. The reception time with complimentary snacks and drinks was lovely and unique. The staff was friendly and responsive. Food and breakfast couldn't have been better. We became an Embassy Suite family after this trip.

Breakfast closed at 9 on the weekdays. Felt rushed with the kids one day. They stopped replacing the food around 8:45. I felt this could've been extended to 9:30 at least.

The location and the staff were excellent. The staff was very friendly and while we were there only one night and did not eat dinner or breakfast there the bar staff was very quick, friendly, and accomodating. We were able to get a ride from the shuttle at 4:30am and that was very helpful.

The rooms were clean, but slightly outdated in decor. The TV in our room was missing the remote control, I could not find it anywhere. The laminate flooring in the bathroom had some minor gaps. Overall it was a nice clean, quiet room but for $200 a night I thought I needed to provide context for others.

I appreciated the desk clerk's willingness to accommodate my family even though Booking.com had failed to confirm my reservation upon arrival at the hotel and we were left without a room. There were no complications or issues, which made the situation less stressful.

I had a negative experience with Booking.com as they failed to confirm my reservation at the Seattle Embassy Suite. Their desk clerk did manage to accommodate my family after our long journey across the country. However, I was charged twice the amount because Booking.com claimed that I had not cancelled my reservation with them in time. Although Embassy Suites told me that I had no reservation on file! Consequently, I ended up being charged over $1,000 for just one room and one night, which was disappointing.

I absolutely loved this place, except the airport shuttle situation. I was told to just come down when I was ready and even made a reservation to go, only to be told they didn't have any drivers, so I ended up driving and I was also charged a shuttle fee although I didn't use the shuttle and it was supposed to be included with the cost of staying...

A staff member checked in with me a few times via the trip via text message. They arranged an airport shuttle and room service (dinner) for me. It was very nice. I think perhaps it was someone at the front desk. They let people use the shuttle within a certain radius. One lady used it for a coffee run.

Couldn't get the bath tub spout to work. Shower was OK though.

Nice building with interior access to rooms. Pool was great and breakfast really nice. Awesome location to the airport and the shuttle was so convenient. Beds were great, double rooms.

Property was great, you can tell it is a little aged, but that just makes it affordable without giving up anything that counts.

After reading reviews I was a little scared and wondering if I should cancel but I decided not to and I’m so happy I didn’t. Traveled with my husband and 6 yr old daughter. Room was great. It had a king sized bed.. also a sofa bed in the living room area with its own tv for my daughter. There’s a door that separates room from living room area for privacy. Refrigerator, sink, bathtub were all clean.Breakfast was served until 10:30am which is awesome because we were able to sleep in after six flags lol. Breakfast had eggs pancakes bacon sausage cold cereals, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, potatoes, coffee, milk, and fountain drinks. Also there’s an omelette station where they cook it right in front of you. Pool was clean and open until 11:00pm. Area was 4 mins away from gas station and fast food restaurants. My daughter enjoyed the elevator view going up to our room. So if you travel with kids ask for top floor so they can enjoy that experience as well. Also floor was very quiet as you won’t really hear breakfast in the morning or bar at night

More towels in the room. There was three of us and only 2 towels. Luckily after reading reviews I took my own. But shouldn’t have to. Also there’s no room service until 4th day of stay. Which is fine I don’t need someone making my bed every morning however… extra trash bags, towels, and toilet paper would be nice.

Well appointed room. Great breakfast. Nice swimming pool and hot tub.

First room we checked into stank of cigarette smell. Changed room and much better. Overall, the place was drab. Although clean, design was from 1990s. And no regular maid service. Only on stays or more.

I already submitted a kudos for Jenn for her help in reserving us a room and checking us in. Our stay was lovely and MUCH needed after an awful night at a nearby hotel. So lovely to stay in a clean place with great air conditioning throughout the facility.

I wish there had been an outdoor/indoor pool.
