Very large clean room, comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was provided.

Took quite a while for the shuttle from the airport to arrive, so long I was just about to call again to ensure it was on its way. Not great when standing outside in the very hot Texas heatwave heat waiting. Breakfast reasonably basic, as is often the case with this and similar hotel chains. Would have been nice to have had a cereal option that wasn't full of sugar, and also the option to make your own quick oats. Not knowing what was in the pre-made oats I wasn't able to eat these. A small fridge to house the yogurt would be a good idea, I wasn't going to eat this as I didn't know how long or how many times these had been left out for. Would be nice to have some reusable plates and cutlery, and not feel like you are wasting plastic and other one-use items for every breakfast item.

Breakfast was good. Very comfortable beds! Room was nice and fresh. Gentleman at the front desk when checking in was very polite. Lady when checking out was also very polite and friendly. Location close to airport and variety of restaurants nearby. Very happy and well rested during our stay.

The beds were comfortable, Emma at the front desk was ver kind and friendly, she helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast was also good.

The pool was closed for maintenance the day we arrived. The rooms were a bit dated.

The breakfast was amazing and delicious enough for a second plate. Everything was great and it was the best stay I’ve had. We been here twice already and I loved it so much. The cleaning was good and I loved how everything was placed for us. Pillows were fluffed and toilet paper was stocked. Shampoo and Conditioner smelt amazingly good!

No pillow in the closet ): just extra blanket but we good! 😊

I loved the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. Everyone made us feel welcome and quickly helped with anything we needed. There was a problem in the computer with our reservation and the gentleman who checked us in corrected it before we were even aware of it. I was VERY impressed!

The pillows were too flat and uncomfortable. The internet connection cut out all the time. I was very disappointed in the quality/strength of the WiFi.

Beds were comfy, staff was very courteous, and helpful. Complementary breakfast was great! Location was good for where we needed to be.

Rooms did not stay cool very long. No exhaust vent in bathroom.

the staff is not only wonderful but they were very professional and very kind! everything was clean pool area is fantastic! the room was beyond what we expected! very spacious and clean beds were comfortable. I haven’t slept that good in over a year. wonderful and relaxing for a couple of nurses just looking for some rest and get away! breakfast was great

Shuttle service from the airport was excellent, we arrived at midnight and the shuttle was there within 10 to 15 minutes after we called. Quick ride to the hotel, very comfortable, nice, excellent breakfast friendly staff.

There was a lot of noise on the upper room of our staying room - Sounded like many kids running , fortunately the noise finished around 11.00 p.m.

not to fond of my towels placed so low to the floor and on a shelf where the sink pipes are. the bed was not bad but not super comfortable. needs an upgrade
