Excellent facilities. Very pampering, great relaxing ambience. Superb meals: dinner was spectacular both in quality, taste and presentation; for breakfast we tried both Japanese and western styles and both were great.

We had a very long and unnecessary correspondence before arriving about some of the guests being vegetarian and it was difficult to get commitment that they will be able to arrange the menu accordingly (although in the hotel description they commit to accommodate special regimes). At the end it was great and also the vegetarian members of the family enjoyed the meals a lot. Similar misunderstanding happened with the youngest (2-year old) member of the family. The hotel doesn't charge for her but kind of ignore her basic needs like a place to sleep and food. After some unpleasant requests everything was arranged at the end Some corners in the room deserved better cleaning.

French kaiseki dinner was very good

Exceptional service and so many little extras that made us feel wonderfully taken care of, including the very friendly and helpful explanations given in English by Anne. The onsen was absolutely beautiful (especially upper floor) and the food was great (particularly the teppanyaki prepared by Chef Ooishi). Overall excellent value for such a great experience.

Rooms could use a little refresh here and there. That said, given the service, food, many extras and beautiful environment, this becomes secondary. Plus still very much enjoyed the traditional tatami and futon beds.

The facilities were spacious and spotless. The views from the room and from the Onsen were spectacular. It was not crowded and most of the time it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The 24 hour coffee and tea, afternoon cocktails and desserts as well as the nightcap service was amazing. Staff were courteous and anticipated our every need. The western breakfasts were delicious. The dinners were incredible. Service was top notch. Shuttle was convenient and not too restrictive.

Food was exceptional as was the service. Beautiful property with fantastic views from the room and onsen.

location is a bit far, all rooms have ocean view but some are limited with structure pillars. not all table at restaurants have ocean view as they promote it on website.

The property didn’t issue invoice, booking contact them, I still haven’t received any feedback from them, or neither invoice!

The hotel location is great. They have a free shuttle bus. We were enjoying the wonderful dinner,aperitifs and breakfast. They have a private onsen and private jacuzzi what is also included in the price. The lady from the reception was so kind and helpful. She explained us everything in English. We were too much appreciated her attention to every single details. The room looks was clean with an amazing view and old style bath. The hotel congratulate us with Anniversary. gave us cake and made some show for us with the Japanese balloons Everything was so perfect. Definitely recommend!!!!
