Very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly. I didn't care for the breakfast, but I generally cook my own. Others may like it -I'm just picky with cooked breakfast. It had biscuits, sausage, gravy, and eggs. There were waffles to make, cereal, some whole fruit to choose, and oatmeal. There was plenty. Kroger is nearby! It was quiet as well -as long as you don't have someone stomping above you. I do have trouble with this often enough, but those above me were not rowdy.

I would have liked some yogurt for breakfast, but it wasn't a deal breaker. Kroger is very close, so I could have gotten some there. I had my small dog with me, so I had to stay on the bottom floor. I didn't have noisy people above me my last night, so it all worked out.

Room was large. Crown molding was something your don't normally see even in high end hotels. Hotel and room was very clean. I happened to be lying on the floor exercising and saw no dust bunnies under the A/C. Breakfast was very good hot items were waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy (with lots of meat). Cold items cereal yogurt fruit. Three choices of juice.

No bagel or English muffins. Everything else was above average

The friendliness and willingness to help, as well as the patience and respect of the young man at the front desk. He was able to upgrade our room to a first floor one, so we wouldn't have to drag our baggage up to the second floor. He is truly a gift to your organization. We had a problem with our TV and again, he was here in just a few minutes and patiently explained what we didn't know about the operation of the TV. Had a genuine smile the whole time.

If we could have stayed longer.

Hot tub that works (is heated)! Breakfast and location. This is our new favorite hotel in Macon, Georgia.

The only problem was that the hostess at breakfast said very loudly that everyone needs to clean up after themselves. That she wasn't our Mother. I could see why the tip jar was empty. If she didn't want to be in a service position she needs to get another job. Very sad and upsetting to my autistic son and myself. 😔

We stayed again the following eeek and requested the same rooms and they did this. They also phoned the afternoon for the second stay to various stay. I thought that was good since we were arriving a little later than expected.

The person taking care of the breakfast area actually asked us and a few others to leave as more guests would be coming in, that I thought was uncalled for

Good location,right off the bypass . Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy. Heated indoor pool and hot tub.

The water in the hot tub was murky. And when my husband turned it on there were soap bubbles! We have stayed here numerous times over the years and this has never happened before!

The staff was very professional and greeted me with smiles and kindness. Dipen was very courteous and helpful. The property was very well maintained, And comfortable, and the room was utd and looked well kept..The breakfast was very good, with REAL eggs and sausages plenty of juice and some fruit and yogurt. The coffee was delicious.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Location, cleanliness, room availability

I wanted to pay with cash but was NOT asked prior to the clerk what method of payment I was using, the card on file or another card or method. Not a major deal but I would have appreciated being asked before the transaction was finalized.

I was impressed that the manager, guessing it was the manager, tried to reach me prior to checking in to make sure I really wanted a smoking room. He said that many people reserve a smoking room in error and just wanted to make sure that's what I wanted. The breakfast set up was clean and food was tasty.

The room was spacious. The A/C worked wonderfully. The bed & pillows were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The appliances in the room worked as they should. The water pressure in the shower was great! The location was perfect. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I would certainly stay there again, should we ever travel back to Macon, Georgia.

I would have preferred having a ground floor room. I was offered one when I requested it at check in, but it was a handicap room. We're not handicapped, just old enough that going up and down stairs was a bit tiring. It would be nice if they had all types of rooms on all levels. Other than that, I had no issues.
