The woman who first greeted us was super nice and friendly! We loved her! We were in one of their new upgraded rooms and it was nice. We were very thankful for that!

We were getting our stuff together to check out and they kept coming knocking on the door and yelling through the door. We were upset about that because we had done let them know we were getting our things together. We felt like that was very rude but it wasn’t the people that worked up front as far as we know. Our big thing is if we had let you know we were getting everything together than that’s rude and disrespectful to keep knocking over and over and yelling through the door!

new room decor was nice

was not told it was under renovation. ice machine on 3 didn't work. I had to change my reservation because of the storms and had to pay 40$ more just 3 days later. I'm not sure that is legal to do to people displaced. we've stayed times before like your hotel and recommend to everyone traveling that way. but disappointed in that the charge was so much more and the 3rd floor was not finished. 😔

I contacted the staff to let them knowni would be late checking in .She was very nice told me to take my time and be careful because they was working on the road on the interstate.

They are retavating the hotel so all the supplies are everywhere but neat. should have been in a different ares instead of the front. But... I will say I was in one of the new room. I loved it. once don't it should be very nice.

Hotel was clean, easy access to restaurant food choices, staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was well lit and seemed safe for travelers. Pet friendly but additional fee required which was ok. Breakfast wasn't that great but was ok for the price I paid for this hotel.

The breakfast buffet could have used a small selection of fresh fruit. The hotel was a good value

Hotel was clean. They were in process of updating the rooms. Even in the middle of this project everything was organized and materials were covered up.

Employees on their personal phones all the time. The young lady taking care of stocking the breakfast items was literally on her phone the entire time my family was eating our breakfast. I really was not interested in her personal business.

We try to always stay at this LaQuinta as it is always clean and staff friendly. Breakfast is good. Food and shopping minutes from facility. Facility is pet friendly for those who travel with their furry friends. Right off 475 bypass so getting off/on is easy. Lighting in the parking lot is good so you feel your vehicle is safe.

I love people can bring their pets but this is the first time I seen that people did not pick up after their pet and there was walked in feces at the doors coming in/out of the hotel. People need to be thankful that a nice hotel as this LaQuinta, allows animals and should have enough common sense and courtesy to clean up after their pet.

The best thing about LaQuinta West, Macon, GA was Diedra at the front desk. When we checked in we were told that the room we booked was not available due to some confusion btetwee Booking a d the hotel. Diedra upgraded us at no extra charge to the nicest suite I've ever stayed in. Kudos to Diedra! There is not one thing that was a disappointment in our stay.

We love to have a stopover in Macon and always try to use this facility. It offers the best accommodations, breakfast, cleanliness, friendly staff and safe parking. We have never had a bad experience at this LaQuinta. There is plenty of options of food within minutes of the hotel, plus other shopping needs. The staff is always friendly and professional. Rooms are very clean and the hot breakfast each morning is a plus. The facility is right off 475 bypass and is easy to get on/off. There are gas stations moments away from the hotel as well as a Walmart minutes behind the facility.

We have never had a bad experience at this LaQuinta.

The property is going through an update and the room was amazing, top of the line -- very clean and comfortable, convenient with a small refrigerator and microwave, hot breakfast in the morning, fair price. Will definitely stay again.

iIt was all good, all expectations met.

The service was terrific. Very kind and friendly staff. Very clean hotel as well. Despite the mildly sketchy location, this hotel was absolutely a safe and comfortable stay!

Fitness center was the only disappointment here. Didn’t go in the pool, but wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you utilize pool and fitness room.
