We loved our suite on the 3rd floor. It was very comfortable and just right for my family. The room was very clean. They even took the time to fold some of the hand towels to an origami fan. The internet was fast. The sitting/lounge area could also be a sofa bed which was nice and had enough lights for reading. There’s also a desk with a chair if you need to work during your stay. The beds were great and we all loved the pillows! Breakfast was included in our booking and it was great! They had quite a few choices: waffle which was a seller for the kids, yogurt, fruits (orange, banana, apple), cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, banan nut muffins and chocolate chips muffins, choice of raspberry, cheesecake, and cinnamon buns individually packed, bagels with hazelnut spread, cream cheese, jelly, and white and while wheat bread slices for PBJ sandwiches. They had milk, orange juice, and apple juice. Not to mention hot water and coffee! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely come back. We highly recommend this place.

It was clean, good location and the staff was great. The popcorn and the cookies was a great touch.

The eating area for breakfast was way too small. No where to sit when eating breakfast, all tables were full. We had problems with our door key/lock. When we put the card in, it would not unlock the door. Had to go down to the front desk to have key reprogrammed. The staff was very helpful, but the next morning it didn’t work again. The maintenance man was there and was very nice and helpful, he let me in my room and he fixed the issue by putting new batteries in the lock. Again the staff was great and fixed the issue, but it was very frustrating not being able to access my room easily.

Breakfast was OK- the selection for coffee and or additional items, like real half & half or cream, was totally lacking. Having a variety of breads, bagels, etc., was good, as was the bowel of fresh fruit like bananas, apples, and oranges. I would prefer a selection of fresh fruit juices for the price paid at this location. Bacon & eggs looked OK- powdered eggs like all the other chain hotels out there in America did not appeal to me at all. My spouse enjoyed the waffle.

Coffee selection or hot chocolate or chai tea should be available at breakfast along with REAL half and half or REAL cream for hot beverages.

The area it is located , everything was close by, so it was perfect. Everyone, especially the front desk, was so polite and helpful. Huge thank you to Annette and Megan for taking care of us and all our needs. Breakfast was great. My grandkids enjoyed their stay, especially the pool. The young man working the breakfast did a fantastic job keeping it stocked. Our room was more than what we expected. There was lots of room and space it was very clean . Thank you to housekeeping for taking care of us. Definitely recommend it. I will stay there again.

Our room was large, comfortable, and clean. The staff was friendly and generally helpful. Breakfast was good. We did not try out the pool or gym, but looked good.

Our room was at the far end (#402) and did not get internet service--it would connect for only a minute or two at a time. So we had to use our own hotspot. The location is at the far end of town (away from the Caverns and Guadalupe National Park), adding significant extra driving time each day.

The room was big and clean. We got daily house-keeping, which was appreciated. The check-in / check-out was fast. The breakfast (although terrible) was served early in the morning, just as we like it. The afternoon tea and popcorn was appreciated. Overall, it was pleasant, for the most part it was quiet.

The breakfast was terrible: coffee is powdered mixed with water. It ended on our last day. There are no healthy choices, all options are packed with sugar. No vegetables, no cheese, no sugar0free options. The location is a bit more to the north which required an extra 10-15 minute drive thru the entire city.

the staff were friendly, location was right on the main road and near the Living Desert Zoo; place was clean; breakfast buffet was excellent. Front desk recommended some local restaurants, which we were able to try out.

toilet worked great but flush was so intense that there's no way to go to bathroom in the night without waking anyone who was staying in the room with you. Had a repeat issue where our keycards stopped working, but the front desk was very quick to fix/replace them.

Clean, spacious room with king bed and sitting area. Looks like recent reno in bathroom and halls. the baseboards were off and the carpet looked new. Breakfast was plentiful with variety, all in working order. The staff was over the top friendly and offered housekeeping every day! who does that these days? The lobby was cheerful, decorated for fall. There was popcorn offered in the lobby every evening. My favorite snack. There is guest laundry on site. The property is on the north edge of town, right next to the hospital. It was quiet and convenient to everything but the NPs are in the other side of the main strip. It’s a matter of minutes to get through the area.

The shower leaked water through the doors onto the tile floor. Couldn’t be helped so we got a new mat and towels each day.

The pool was nice and had reasonable hours. The breakfast was decent. The kids loved the fruit infused water and the milk and cookies. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful

Its a bit far from the Caverns, which was the purpose of the visit, but that can’t really be helped. The price was about 30$ too expensive.

The hotel and room were very clean and the mattress was very comfortable. Laundry facility was clean and very reasonably priced ($1 per load). They had free popcorn in the lobby and milk and cookies in the afternoon.
