What a fantastic location right by the sea! The garden is beautifully maintained, creating a serene atmosphere. Our villa had a perfect spot with a lovely angled view of the ocean. The materials used in the villa are of outstanding quality, making the stay even more enjoyable. A big compliment to housekeeping for keeping everything spotless. The pool is simply perfect, and the extensive, varied breakfast is definitely deserving five stars.

There isn't much to do in the immediate area yet, as the surroundings are still being developed and few tourists have discovered this spot. However, to be honest, this resort has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. I highly recommend staying here for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience.

The family room is really spacious, functional and has a beautiful sea view. We used the spa facilities on two days and can highly recommend the Radisson 90min massage. The food was excellent and having a full board we had the choice between 6 western and 6 Asian menus which was fully sufficient. Worth mentioning that the Asian menus included so many dishes that we could hardly finish. The pool was so warm which was surprising at the beginning but we loved it at the end. The staff helped us book an excursion to Ta Cu mountain which also included a visit to a local food farm with fruit tasting included. We enjoyed the trip very much.

The ocean is very beautiful but very much polluted which is so sad. The beach of the hotel is clean though we hardly used it as we did not enjoy swimming in it.

We loved the resort, it was clean and beautiful with everything well maintained. The beach and sunrise was also so special in the morning. It was my birthday and the staff went above and beyond for my partner helping him arrange flowers etc. The breakfast was also fantastic!

As soon as you walk off of the resort beach the scenery changes, it would be nice if Raddison helped make an active effort to help clean up some of the beach around the resort too as it is the only resort for some time. The location is very on its own, which was fine for us for a couple of days, however this could become problematic after a few days. The restaurant was average and served medioca food for the price they charge. My last thing is the birds in the front reception, they are gorgeous however the cage is so small and I felt very sorry for them!

availability of the staff to find solution for our room which was too close to the road hence lots of noise. they found us a room on the other side of the building and bigger for not too much more money. good breakfast.

not enough beach towel on the afternoon and not enough sun chair with people waking up early and putting their stuff to keep them all day long. There is a formula with half or full board (pension complete) but only one choice per day, not used to this and this should be clearly mentioned when you book.

The property is very well maintained. It is spotlessly clean and the rooms have all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. The staff is courteous, helpful and ever smiling . The spa is one of the best we have experienced. We stayed for 3 days and we went to the spa everyday. Hong, Italy and tho were all extremely wonderful with the treatments they gave us. And the outdoor spa is a great experience too. Everything is top notch here. The food is also delicious. The pool attended is always attending to you.He takes care of your towels, beach beds and your belongings even before you ask for it. Loved our stay and if we ever come back to Phan Thiet we will book this place again.

There is only one thing I would like to point out here is that they allow people without proper swim wear to get into the swimming pool. This is highly unhygienic and unsanitary. And they don’t even take a shower before entering the pool. People were there in denim shorts and golf t shirts. I hope they will pay attention to this review and get it sorted. Rest everything else was just on point.

+ the territory is well designed, managed and cozy with overall “boutique” impression - in its best meaning + location is great for sea swimming and beaching. Upscale beach resort area NovaBeach is nearby, however it is underdeveloped + the personnel cares of the guests: at the restaurant, pool, reception with personal attention

- the sea is full of waste, so the whole shore is continuously being covered by garbage - room cleaning comes when we are in the room

The rooms were comfortable, and the pool was amazing. All the staff were really lovely and accomadating. Buffet breakfast had lots of options and did not disappoint.

I know the Raddison can't be held responsible for this but the beach was absolutely disgusting. The Raddison had done an okay job of cleaning up in front of their resort however either side was terrible, and the water was full of rubbish. It was impossible to go for a morning walk along the beach. If you're a resort holidayer you will love it here in the resort.

The hotel is great. Breakfast great. Clean and brand new. Service a bit depending on who you are served by.

Overall great but the surrounding beaches are so full of trash that it is a pitty. Seems like this area just is like this. Walked along the beach and it’s never ending. I prefer Muine area but if you don’t care about swimming in the sea/walking the hotel is great.

The venue, the rooms, the gardens, pool, everything was great. Perfect place to kick back and relax all day with a good buffet breakfast, and lounge chairs by the decent sized pool. The trip into town is a little long, but not too bad

The tiled floor of the room was dirty. Obvious brown marks along sections of the tile. And there were dirty sections with caked stuff in the shower and toilet rooms. Besides that the place was great.

This beachfront hotel was amazing! The views were stunning, and the garden added a beautiful touch to the experience. The food at the restaurant was delicious, but what really stood out was the staff – they were incredibly helpful and made my stay even better. Only minor issue was that some towels could use a change, but everything else was perfect.
