The best experience and highlight in this trip. Excellent room, and we went to spa pool everyday for more than half an hour (I can stay longer if I have time), excellent breakfast, bellboy is helpful and responsive when we need our car (they parked for us). Next time I will stay for a week.

Reception staff on our arrival had some knowledge about what wineries to visit, but not all reception staff do (I know I should do my research). Nothing else.

The building and location were perfect, next to the Duero river. We pre booked a bodega visit which was really interesting and the wines were superb. The hotel spa facility was very enjoyable with lots of different jet options. The whole atmosphere made you feel relaxed and well looked after. The breakfast has limitless options.

A/C didn’t work because it was too cold outside so they switch everything to a too warm temperature for us… Hair conditioner doesn’t detangle hair Cheaper rooms are in a new area and it is like being in any modern hotel… no character or maybe not decorated to my liking

one senior member of staff rude in cellar gastrobar but no idea why as rest were lovely which made it all the more odd. courtyard cafe at front could be developed much better which would make it more popular. red and black metal tables didn’t feel very 5 star. information on local amenities poor on website in English and restaurants confusing with no clear explanation of the differences. ( sometimes gastrobar downstairs in cellar sometimes upstairs. menu is same even if in restaurant but there’s a taster menu restaurant at weekends only)

Breakfast: A very large and fresh start for the day. Hours of operation were good and a little flexible if you're running late. Spa: This was a nice, fun, included feature for couples. Room: This first room provided was two floors. We requested a single floor, and they accommodated us.

Restaurant choices. There was one restaurant and menu to choose from. If your stay is for more than two nights, it became a challenge.

Front desk reception were not welcoming. Room was not ready. We came back after an hour and had to ask if the room was ready. She was supposed to call me and never did.

Lovely Property with a great spa and beautiful rooms! The location by the Duero River is very nice and especially the amazing surrounding wineries made this stay incredible. The staff is very friendly and forthcoming!

Great service and staff. The pool was fantastic as it had jets and sprays throughout that acted as massages. There is also a connected pool outside, also with massage jets. Spa services are excellent. This is a family-owned hotel with several other special properties that they renovated to preserve their historical value. I look forward to returning ASAP

Breakfast was outstanding - local produce. The spa and pool were very good. Junior Suite was spacious and a bottle of their own wine was a nice touch.

We had lunch in the bodega. My wife likes her burgers well done, but they came out twice with the burger undercooked. However, on the plus side we were not charged for the main and given some free appetisers/chips.

Wonderful Hotel, Amazing room, clean and bed super comfortable. Breakfast excellent a lot of choice, excellent food . The spa Is Amazing with the infinity pool. The Place Is extraordinary and the staff super kind, always smiling giving you the best welcome. The restaurante offer a menu Rich of good food and a cuisine excellent.
