Room was clean but it’s not made up everyday unless you ask. Room was a good size. Walkable to Main Street and there a a few of the towns sights to see along the walk. Plenty of parking. No on-site food available except for breakfast and vending machines. There is a free shuttle to the casino but their restaurant isn’t open Monday and Tuesday, which were the days we were there. Nice pool area.

On-site lunch or dinner would have been nice. Wifi dropped out exactly 24 hrs after you log in. As this happened both days, I can’t believe it was coincidence. Otherwise all was good.

We both loved everything about it. Cynthia was amazing at breakfast time. She was so helpful and kind.

The only thing we did not like at all, it's only one thing but it's a huge thing. A lady started yelling at the top of her lungs about midnight or maybe a little after. She went on and on for a couple of hrs till I guess she passed out. She wasn't right by us yet it kept my husband and I from sleeping during this time. My husband finally put tissue in his ears. I almost called desk to tell you how I really felt sorry for the rooms right near her.

The room was fine. Furniture is getting dated but still serviceable. Breakfast was good, Bacon,sausage, scrambled eggs, Biscuits and gravy, all were good. elevators were quick. I would recommend this hotel.

The Checkin desk clerk, seemed to be confused, when I checked in. I had booked in advance with Booking dot com. and had a confirmation number. The lady said she couldn't find the reservation. She gave me a room, and charged more than the amount on the reservation, I told her that, she said tell the girl on the checkout, and she would change it. When I checked out the Lady was very nice, apparently someone with a similar name was given my room, and this was why the confusion. The excess charges were returned back to my credit card.

The room was ready early, which me and my girls and I were happy about. We were there for christmas events. The continental breakfast was absolutely great. The lady in charge of continental breakfast acknowledged everyone who came in to eat and said Good morning to everyone. It was like we were at a restaurant. She would come and take our empty plates off the table. Don't see service like this much any more. The food was absolutely delicious.

Absolutely the friendliest service ever from front desk to food and beverage. Excellent price. Great sir conditioning. Room clean. It’s obviously not a fancy resort but excellent for its value. However don’t be mislead. The casino is not attached. You can take a shuttle or drive to it There are no hotels attached to the casino but shuttle service is great. The casino is garbage. I would never go there again. It’s tiny and stuck in mid 1990s. That part was a waste of time and money

View of Mississippi River and our room in the 6th floor. I was glad they had a pool, breakfast buffet, shuttle, microwave, fridge, real plates and silver ware for breakfast, plenty of hot food. The cleaning staff on the 6th floor did a great job. The breakfast buffet and the kitchen staff are fabulous.

No freezer. Could use some more parking spaces. Pool needed vacuumed both days we were there. Of the 4 front desk staff i encountered, my opinion is, only one displayed southern hospitality. , the others did not make me feel welcome and appreciated. However the lady out in the breakfast buffet has plenty has lots of southern hospitality. Like you were having breakfast in her dining room.

The location being on Frontage Rd is excellent as taking this road leads directly to the Vicksburg National Park. It's also adjacent to I20 for easy on and off. The breakfast offered the usual choices; however, nothing could be carried back to your room. The beds were comfy, and the shower was very nice. The room was very clean. Because each room door faces the parking lot, I could park directly in front of my room to unload.

While parking in front of your room is great, it's only great if you have a first floor room. There is no elevator to the 2nd floor. Also, Booking.com as well as the Best Western website states the pet fees range from $20 to $22 per night, per pet. However at checkin, a sign stated it was now $30 per night per pet as of January 1st. I think charging this much is ridiculous as they are not coming in every day to "pet clean" your room so why should a person pay for multiple nights?

Bartender and staff extremely helpful and friendly! Super helpful! Staff in cafe amazing! So helpful and friendly! Loved the pool patio area! Didn’t get any play money for casino.. was told they usually give a small amount of free play at check in but no big deal.. and loved it!!! Will stay there again!

Pool was a bit cloudy. Room was clean but the shower curtain needed replacing and the struts under the chair (under the work table )needed dusting. The bed side light was also dirty, so I tried to clean The bed was a bit lumpy and the furniture is well used. These are only small things but when added together it shows a bit of corner cutting.

Friendly staff, breakfast was fine, plenty of it but paper plates. Staff very happy to run off and find things for you such as tea bags! Walkable to centre, laundry in employee area but free to use and all the staff smiled and said Hi as they passed you! Nice pool area. Good value for what we paid.

Bed sheets didn’t stretch to either end of bed! Perhaps they shrunk in wash! The bed itself very comfy. A bit tired but ok
