Have stayed here many times and appreciate the updated furniture and decor. Staff at front desk very helpful. Good communication via text and in person. Received help to tip housekeeping virtually via new app. Concierges very welcoming and knowledgeable re activities. Well Spa massage, facial and manicure/pedicure excellent. Location of unit in preferred building 5/6 with enclosed entryway. Outdoor pool, Grand Geneva and Timber Ridge restaurants, easy parking. Balcony with view of golf course. Kitchen for in-unit meals. Dove soap. New coffeemaker and kitchen linens and soaps delivered fast when discovered missing. Looking forward to next visit already booked.

Thin walls mean conversations of guests next door audible.Steam room at Well Spa was out of order. No longer have recycling bin in room, nor is a recycling dumpster available anymore in the parking lot. Carried out and took home my own recyclables. Shared that comment with front desk.

We enjoyed our stay in a 1-bedroom villa. The villa was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. It featured a full kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed, from pots and pans to dishes, cups, and silverware. We particularly enjoyed the lovely view of the golf course from our villa, and the balcony where we sat and had coffee in the morning. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help. Easy access to downtown Lake Geneva.

Our villa had a connecting door to the neighboring unit, which could be convenient for larger groups. However, at times, we could hear the TV and conversations from next door. Also, check-out is at 10 a.m., which isn't ideal. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was wonderful.

Absolutely perfect and beautiful! We traveled for our son's wedding at the Grand Geneva resort. We booked this separately from the other wedding block rooms at the main resort. We needed room for family to hang out together in a comfortable location, so we had two rooms joined to make for a "sleeps 8" configuration. We were concerned about this resort being a typical Holiday Inn, hard to access, and unimpressive. We were totally blown away! Our rooms were essentially a step above the main Grand Geneva resort rooms. While there is no free breakfast, our rooms both had a complete kitchen with full-size appliances and utensils/cups/cookware. They both also had a washer and dryer. We did enjoy a buffet breakfast at the main resort, which was a great price per person (under $20) and delicious. There was plenty of parking in every lot. The pool was warm and refreshing. Towels are provided at the pool entrance. Big takeaway - this IS part of the Grand Geneva!

(Seriously, we loved everything!) An explanation is needed that this Holiday Inn is part of the Grand Geneva Resort, and not a "Holiday Inn." It was definitely a wonderful surprise, however! Also, check-in is AT the resort, the same desks for the main resort guests. While we couldn't figure out how to walk to the main resort, right over the wall and up the hill, we simply drove.

Love this property. We’ve stayed here numerous times and this had to be the best room we’ve been in yet. Everything was clean the air conditioning work great since it was warm out. We got to enjoy the pool two days. We went over to the grand Geneva and enjoyed a snack and in front of the beautiful fire pit and the view. Looking forward to going back.

WeGot a little trouble at the pool putting up the umbrellas as you need to be fairly tall. I would’ve liked to already staged and set up when the pool opens. And apparently the hot tub is having issues with some sensor that needs to be replaced so it wasn’t warm the second day we were there.

The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. The grounds are beautiful. There are places to barbecue and picnic. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance you could possibly need on a vacation. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

Need places in the bathroom to hang up wet towels. The outdoor pool is a bit small for such a large facility especially in the hot summer.

Another great stay in Lake Geneva, but if you need to change reservations do not rely on Booking.com or the Grand Geneva Resort for assistance. Call Holiday Inn Club Vacations and hope someone answers the phone.

If you need to make a reservation change, do not simply change via Booking.com! We changed existing on-line reservation for a one-day-earlier arrival due to weather. No problem, booking.com charged for an additional night, which was fine. At check-in, Grand Geneva staff only saw the original four-day stay (changed for a one-day earlier arrival), not the additional day, although we were charged and paid via Booking.com. We were told to call Holiday Inn Vacation Club, fine, but after five attempts on 26th Dec and no answer we just found another room elsewhere. Lesson learned, when using Booking.com @ Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Lake Geneva Resort, don't use Booking.com for changes, call Holiday Inn Club Vacations (in Orlando) and hopefully someone answers.

Everything. The coffee pots did not work our first morning. We called down and within 15 minutes a brand new coffee pot in a box was delivered to our room. Can't ask for better service than that.

Needed to have shower gel in the bathroom. Later check out. 10o'clock is a bit too early. At least 11 o'clock.

I was not aware that there was a breakfast available to us. We loved our room and having the patio on the backside versus the front was nice. The peace and quiet was just what we needed.

The kitchen needs a skillet and cookie sheets. We brought food we could not cook. Extra blankets and towels would be appreciated. The dryer did not get hot enough to dry the clothes and it had a terrible squeak, which we called and informed the staff about.

The property is pretty nice and modern. It’s clean and well kept for the most part. The condos are big and offer lots of space and amenities that make it more of a home. Love the balconies that overlook the golf course. Nice tub and big bathroom. It’s great that they provide you with a full kitchen too.

I don’t like they they wouldn’t let me use the main lodge like the main pool by the golf course, etc. The pool by the holiday inn is nice but not nearly as nice as the main one and the view doesn’t compare. Would be nice to get full access.

It was a beautiful place, clean, great customer service! I love how you can just text when you need something and they bring it right away.

It was very expensive for what is here. Unless you like to golf during the summer, it’s not the place for you. It mmmmm the cost was so much, but nothing to do for us. They have a small outdoor pool and that’s it.
