Were there for a wedding, so location was great. We cared for the dog of the bride and groom, which was warmly welcomed. Used the pool/hot tub which was clean and relaxing. Breakfast was good and ample. Every single staff member was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Was a little surprised there was no refrigerator in the room. Since they all have them these days, didn't even occur to me that we might not have one. Room was a little tight with two trying to get ready for a wedding, but we managed.

Bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in. Generally, they're very hard, and I wake up sore. I woke up refreshed and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty as well! All of the staff was engaging and friendly, but not annoying. There is plenty of available parking, even when every room is sold out.

I really did not have any problems at all. My stay was wonderful.

The location was great. Good breakfast. The agent helping check in was very pleasant.

The train sound coming in the room. According to my Granddaughter it sounded like it was coming right through the room. Dirty pool area. Used bandaids laying around. Not enough towels to dry off.

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. They made the experience with myself and my four kids perfect. The breakfast was bountiful with different options. My kids loved the waffles the most. The staff accommodated for us when we had an issue with the a/c in our room. They have washer and dryer on site which helps if you're staying there for a few days and you need to wash some clothes.

I can honestly say I don't have any complaints about this place. Even the train track next to the hotel wasn't a problem.

The breakfast had a good selection of items to choose from, but we hated the fact we had to use paper plates and plastic cutlery. This seemed a regular thing as we discovered on our tour around New England

The breakfast offered was good. liked the option of freshly cooked porridge. Coffee was good but prefer real cream to fake.

Would prefer bacon over sausage. Scrambled eggs over hard cooked.

Tami at the front desk was very helpful with adjusting our payment info. She was also able to switch us to a room on the top floor for our multi-night stay ... so it was nice and quiet. Nice shower. Nightlight in the bathroom was a nice touch. Room space was good for the three of us. Appliances worked well and were in good condition. Appreciated to soap dish by the sink.

Very short "didn't like" list. Found one caster/wheel on the desk chair broken ... let Tami at the front desk know and she made a note for someone to address it. The other item was that when the hvac fan spun down to a stop, it would create a squeaky sound similar to a creaky door closing. We turned the fan setting from Auto to Low (so it was always on).

Third year in a row staying at this location and I have no complaints. Staff was great and they ensured we were happy.

Nothing I can complain about. Even the train next to the hotel wasn't a problem.

Rooms need a little deep cleaning, dusting etc. Lamp hadn’t been dusted in awhile, night stand had some unknown substance on it.
