It was really spacious, staff were very attentive and tried really hard to help us. I wish we could have stayed for longer, but alas no time. Breakfast was amazing!

With small children it is a good choice. enough entertainment for children and the Russian entertainers did a good job.

They don't serve decent (western) coffee. they forgot to charge me a dinner when I was checking out. I forgot to mention it as well, but normally they have those things registered and I didn't pay much attention to it. I checked out one day earlier than planned, didn't get compensated for that. No problem, my choice. One day later at home they called me and spoke about the unpaid dinner bill. No problem I will pay it. Send me the details and I wire it. It was nearly harassing the way they did this. This behavior prevents me from going back. Unfriendly management.

Have amazing animation team

Do not have seperate removable shower in bathroom. So it is not convenient to help little kid take a shower. It would be nice if the water flow in bathroom stronger a little bit

They are children playground and beautiful swimming pools very close to the beach. and also play area for adults

It’s quite far from the center

Lots of entertainment amenities.

The seas is so rough and dirty.

We stayed at a very new resort (probably 10-11 days after its opening). The facilities are very high-end and clean, with spacious and modern room equipped with almost everything you need. Pools, kids playground and beach are very well-maintained. Extremely delicous breakfast buffet with numerous of choices, ranging from both Asian and Western cuisines.

The room was a little bit not too sound-proofed. The only thing in the fridge was 2 water bottles. Smelly toilet, which was probably due to sewage system. The location is only ideal for people who would stay only at the hotel because it is far away from city centers. Staff members were helpful but a bit clumsy (maybe not enough experience)

The hotel was big, there were activities for children by the pool

It was very disturbing that you could hear the neighbors very well, the walls were very very thin. There was a lot of noise in the dining area. Confusion with payment that was caused by them. The staff was not very helpful to meet our requests

The pool was lovely when the lifeguard went blowing there whistle all the time,and the reps on poolside were very kind

Staff, look unhappy even the staff doing the food, a smile goes a long way. I’d been travelling and walked for 5hrs and they looked at me as if to say I should be in a hostel not a hotel .. travellers can stay in nice places too needed a nice place to stay and relax before moving on plz don’t judge. Lifeguard wouldn’t let me in from the beach had to explain I wanted to stay. Made me walk all the way around to the front onto the main road. Lifeguards constantly blowing their whistles made sitting by the pool not nice
