The five best things about this hotel are: 1) Location, 2) Customer Service, 3) Room Rates, 4) Beds/Pillows, and 5) The Cleanliness. Also, the fly overs by the planes landing at the airport aren't noticeable.

The aesthetics of and minor damages in the rooms. The carpets need a deep cleaning and minor damages to the furniture needs repairing. It seems like every time I stay here, I'm having to report a problem with the room. Also, the ice machines are ALWAYS inoperable. Such things not being repaired reflect a lack of routine property and room inspections by Management and Maintenance.

I was totally happy with my recent stay at this charming place. The location is great, just a few blocks from the downtown area in a very relaxed neighborhood. The cabins are simple and lovely. It is not like a normal hostel. It is more like a little co-living village. If you look for party crowds, this is not your spot. But if you need a relaxed place to stay, chill, work, cook, live and relax, you could easily stay here a couple of months. Lorena, the owner, was very helpful with organizing tours. For me the value for money is excellent. I would definitely come back!

Front desk staff for the morning and night of my stay were fantastic! They got a room ready for me 5 hours before check in and helped me with any question or need I had with a happy attitude. I really enjoyed the staff and shuttle.

Some soundproofing could be done around room 2005 and surrounding others. It’s next to the street and party busses tour constantly. I found it difficult to rest and sleep because of the volume of the music and shaking of the room. This was my only issue.

I love the fact that it’s clean, safe and the restaurant food is fresh. Soon as I stepped foot inside the doors at the restaurant the workers that were on duty immediately greeted me and seated me, they took very good care of me inside the restaurant. Excellent customer service!

There isn’t anything I don’t like about this property there’s some knickknack improvements that I’m sure you guys are already aware of that does not even need to be mentioned

Easy check in and out friendly staff and the young man working the front desk was very helpful on eatery's in and around town... Not to mention everything and anything is near by the hotel.. The room was just the right size and the bed was sooo comfortable and the water gets hot like home 😁 that's the big plus for me I love hot water when showering

No Continental breakfast Something like danishes muffins ,fruit, coffee, tea and juice complementary of the hotel..

They were very accommodating. The airport shuttle ran on request and went beyond expectation to shuttle me multiple times. The front desk (with the exception of one younger employee) was responsive and on top of things. There was a nice Italian restaurant next door.

The bedding did have a funky smell and there were random socks left in my room, but housekeeping was quick to remedy it. The bar and restaurant was closed (other than breakfast) so that was a little disappointing.

The front desk was so kind, helpful and welcoming. La-La(not sure how you spell it) was wonderful and took great care of me! My room was easy to find and clean.

There was a few minimal things. Broken toilet paper holder, someone’s greasy head print on the headboard that wouldn’t come off and the vanity mirror doesn’t light up and the bed was not comfortable to me because I’m pregnant.

Convenient location to the airport. We planned to spend one night at an airport hotel due to our travel schedule. Room was clean and quiet.

Restaurant is open only a few days and was closed the night we were there. The breakfast service is run by a vendor, and menu was limited to meat, eggs and potatoes options. Located on a busy street with no options to go for a walk.

There was a nice gym, but they didn't have any drinking water in it or sanitizer to clean the equipment. They did have a water dispenser but it was empty.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate and was close to a lot of amenities as well as being a reasonable price.

There's nothing to complain about. We had fresh linen, room was clean and comfortable. Staff was attentive and offered shuttle service to the airport if applicable.
