great new hotel with comfortable rooms and facilities. Enjoy a Caipi at the bar. Brand new, I was among the first guests to arrive. Rooms include a kitchenette and seating area. Ideal for business travel.

Check-out is easy, but it took a couple of days to finally get the invoice by mail.

It's a fantastic place that gives off a sense of summer and joy as soon as you walk through the entrance. Modern and comfortable rooms, with everything you need to feel at home . Special thanks to ORNELA for the sunny attitude.

Everything was great.

The hotel's style was amazing, birds chirping in the hallway, massage chair in the lobby. Very large fridge and plenty of space in the room, the kitchen was well-equipped (but still there were only two of every kitchenware). The staff is kind and helpful and the hotel is also at a decent location. The rest was amazing, the hanging chair and the bathroom too were faboluos (you can play music from the mirror?!?!?!?!?! How awesome is that?).

The view from the room was dull, we saw practically nothing. Heating also takes a while to take effect (the floor is rather cold at night). The kitchen has only minimal appliances.

The location of the hotel is perfect for quiet vacation with super transport connection. The personnel is friendly and helpful, but without German language. It was very helpful to have a completely equipped Kitchen in the room with all necessary cutlery.

The cleaning service was only once in 3-4 days. It’s no problem, but the quality of the cleaning was not perfect. The floor was after cleaning dusty and partly dirty. Only once in 14 days was really good cleaned, how on the arrival day. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. The price of the breakfast and parking is too high (19€/person/night).

• if I’m really going to go cherry picking, it’s the price for the breakfast which is quite high with 19€ per person. Because we didn’t book it, I can’t tell anything about the quality and whether it might be worth the price.

- Check in was very smoothly - Super pet friendly - Location was perfect for us since we we're driving from Ljubljana to Brussels and only needed a hotel for the night - There's one restaurant and one bakery nearby, which was all we needed (but please know there really isn't anything in this neighbourhood, it's an industry zone) - Vibe in the rooms is amazing - Clean - Staff is super friendly - Price was amazing, but there was a promotion when we booked - There's a gym (but we didn't have time to check it out)

We couldn't figure out how the airco worked (and it was late so we just wanted to sleep, so didn't go find someone to help us). But it wasn't super hot so it also wasn't a problem.

The property checks out all the boxes one seeks for a good accommodation. A recent property (aparthotel), spacious rooms, comfy bed, equipped kitchenette, bluetooth speaker enabled bathroom mirrors, and a 5 minute walk from U bahn metro station. The location is pretty good considering it's in a quieter space but well connected. The hotel has a Brazilian theme to it, in the rooms and decor which makes it super interesting. There's also a massage chair at the reception which is free to use for the guests. Overall facilities provided were better than expected, especially for regular 3/4 star hotel travellers. I really liked my stay and this accommodation is 100% recommended. Just note that the reception area closes sometime near 10 PM or so. Practically nothing, this hotel is still not very old so things are still minty-new!

Brand new - we were told they had opened 3 days before and we were the first to occupy our room. Very nice, cozy atmosphere, beautiful decorated lounge. Excellent room, large and fully equipped- even microwave and cooker! Free coffee and tea all day round. Very friendly staff. We were offered a complimentary drink - one of the best caipirinhas I have tried this side of the Atlantic. In an industrial area but a 5’ drive (and 15’ on public transport, according to google maps) from two towns with 20+ restaurants each, with all sorts of food.

The lights in the corridor and next to the lifts were a bit too strong.

Luis was very kind in the reception. He helped a lot with finding a parking place and providing necessary information. Speaks very good English. A very welcoming man! The facilities are great, you have everything needed. The room is large and modern, very very clean. You have a little kitchen, free coffee both in the room as well as in the lobby, large bathroom, and the room is very quiet. The design of the hotel is very impressing and new. The bed is 1 large bed and Not 2 twin beds combined. Very comfortable!! Really recommended.

There are not a lot of parking places so be aware of that. You have parking places several minutes away if needed (in the streets around) In addition the location is 20 mins from Stuttgart center so it's much comfortable to get there by car, for your intention.
