Location was great, out of the hotel, down the hill to a set of steps which took you right into old town square - literally a 3/4 min walk. Coming home up the steps was a little harder but worth it. There were spa facilities which were lovely, you do have to have a swimming cap to use the indoor pool - can be bought there. Outdoor pools were fabulous, well maintained, cold but it was March so unsurprising - kids got in every day though. Food was delicious - we just paid as we went. Fairly good value for money but obviously there are cheaper options outside of the hotel. Download the Bolt app to use taxi’s - so simple, so cheap and taxis were literally everywhere and there within 3 minutes. Taxi to marina was €3.65 and a similar price to New Town but both are walkable within 20 - 30 minutes with plenty of places to stop on the way. Rooms were cleaned every day apart from Sunday and they did a fantastic job. There was a little shop with the basics in it but a 10 minute walk up the hill takes you to Aldi and Lidl is the across the road too so you can get everything you need to have breakfast lunch etc. in your apartment if you want to.

The beds weren’t the comfiest, we stayed for 10 days with no real issues but definitely couldn’t wait to get back to my own bed. You only get one pillow which isn’t the best. We didn’t try to request more so that could be an option. They wouldn’t let us try to book a late checkout until the morning we had to leave. Then we found out the hotel was fully booked so we had to be out by 11am but we could put our luggage in the luggage room and then we were able to use the showers and changing facilities in the spa area. No soap / dishwasher tablets / cloths in the kitchen so take your own / buy your own there.

Good amount of sunbeds around the pool. Breakfast was good. Good variety Location was good Staff (apart from one male person at the front desk) were amazing. Ana and Rodriguez on the front desk were so helpful.

Different parts to the complex so npt clear when you are booking where exactly you are staying We had to ask to be moved after our first night and when we were moved it was to a fabulous apt. The guy at the front desk on check in was very rude and really not interested in helping us in any way. Lots of steps to the town but that was well highlighted

Very good location. Only a few minutes walk to the old town. Apartment was cleaned daily. We had a lovely view in apartment 204. Would highly recommend downloading the Bolt app. It’s similar to Uber and very cheap to get a taxi back to the apartment.

Room was good and right next to the pool. Quiet location but within 10 minutes walk to the town.

Not enough sun loungers which prompted people to reserve them in the morning

We didn't try the food unfortunately. The range of service is good, there is a SPA with great prices for massage and other services and free access to sauna and steam room, a jacuzzi pool and a swimming pool indoor and at least 2 swimming pool outdoor, there is a large terrace to sunbathe, restaurant and bar options available, WiFi, which even if is advertised to be only in communal areas we could get the signal from our flat so it was great. Probably if we would have had issues connecting I would have added this on the things we didn't like, but this is not the case, at least for us.

Mattresses and sofa bed were not comfy to sleep in I'm afraid. There was only one small soap bar and one type of liquid soap to shower ourselves in the apartment which was attached to the wall in the bath tub area (I would expect a liquid shampoo at least and a conditioner would be a bonus). Considering that is an apartment for short term, should be serviced with liquid soap to wash dishes and a sponge, dishwasher capsules and washing machine soap, or in alternative the possibility for those last two items, to be bought from you singluarly, I mean the capsules and soap pods, rather than us buying the whole thing and leaving it behind upon departure. The timer of the light in the bathroom isn't lasting long enough and the light kept switching off during shower which was annoying.

We stayed in apartments, part of hotel located beside hotel. Very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment for family of 5. Great location Beside Aldi and lidol 2 mins walking distance Mins walk to Oldtown Good choice of pools and access to all leisure facilities in the main hotel

Nothing not to like

Big apartment with several pools, spa is included and excellent quality. Gym, bar ect. Staff were friendly. Good balcony view and close to supermarkets. Very nice hotel.

The oven was not working. The pillows were unusable as they were so lumpy, they seem to have disintegrated inside. To get to the old town you need to take a large alleyway staircase which is very secluded and unsafe at night.

The apartment was wonderful, had everything we needed. The grounds we're super clean. We had access to all five pool so we could come and go and we please.

We're we're in the apartments across from the hotel. We asked for a second key and they could not provide us with one. This was an issue for us as some people in the group wanted to do different things on different days or go for dinner different times or bed. But we could not do this as we only had one key. I've never been in a hotel where they could only provide one key. 2 would be better for facilitate guests more.

I enjoyed the location to the downtown centre, the large rooms with comfy beds, the cleanliness, the hotel reception staff, the hotel restaurants and best of all, the room rates.

Wifi is only available in the reception area but sim cards are cheap and available close by.

We have stayed in December, therefore an indoor swimming pool was a requirement. The pool was clean. a Free of charge sauna is also present, which was abonus for us. Fitness room was OK equipped. Rooms are large enough, the facilities are clean and well maintained.

You have to wear caps in the indoor swimming pool and in jaccusi. The caps you can get at exta 5 euro per piece. Sauna is often out of service. Pretty outdated sauna facilities and resting room. The complex is large, consisting of 2 locations across the street. The rooms in the main building are having sea view, whrereas the facility across the street not all rooms are having sea view. On booking I could not see the option to select the room with seaview. We have got a room without sea view, unfortunately. When we have asked for another room, then the price was up +15% for an upgrade despite the fact the building was pretty empty off season. We found it too much and did not upgrade. Parking was possible only on streets in free spots, which was easy to find off the season.
