The hostel has a very strategic location in the middle of the street. The bed is very comfortable, and it’s pleasantly cool at night. The social atmosphere in the hostel is great, making it very suitable for travelers who want to make friends with others.

the toilet sometimes smells of urine, and guests don’t always clean their hair from the shower floor. Additionally, some guests in my room didn’t follow the rule about not eating on the bed, so it often smells like food in the room.

I don,t like how the lady guy how treat and greet those checking in . VERY RUDE! Since I was early I know I need to wait for 3pm for chk in. BE NICE when telling people to wait! after waiting for chk time ... he started and walk and would just breeze through pointing at your room the shower and the toilet and it all took just 15 secs or so! dumbfounded but tired to even argue. THAT'S IT? Note that the hostel is at the 8th floor I think on the 6th floor there's a karoake bar and you can clearly hear the loud music and singing in the room at night! Room door is a very heavy steel door Too hard to open and it slams no matter how you to reduce noise

The toilets and shower rooms are cleaned frequently. The location is right in the center of Ximending, and within walking distance from the subway. The dormitory bed is spacious and clean. The locker provided is also spacious.

The constant singing from the karaoke restaurant one floor below. However, there is nothing that could be done as it is in such a prime area. They tried to mitigate it by providing free ear plugs, which are of great hel

The bed was comfy. They cleaned the shared bathrooms and shower rooms every day.

The music inside the hostel was too loud and I could even hear it over the door. Moreover, the hostel is located in the center of Ximen District, where local youngsters and foreign tourists gather and enjoy festive atmosphere whole day, so you have to be ready for the loud noises and music even from outside as well until midnight. If you prefer staying a quiet and cozy place to relax, Ximen District is not the best place.

I was here on Labor Day weekend and the room I was in was quiet messy because the hostel was full. this isn’t the fault of the hostel, but the lack of space in the dorm made it hard to walk around everyone’s mess. the restrooms also did smell of urine like others have mentioned. the common area also had a bit of a funny smell, but nothing unbearable. the restroom smell was definitely off putting. if you’re a light sleeper, you might not be able to sleep easily considering you’re in the middle of a lot of stores.

This hostel located just next to Ximending MRT Exit 6 by walking distance. This was in the heart of Ximending Night Market so you can find many street food and shops. The signature A Chung Noodle, and Xin Tai Fung Milk tea were very close. There was also many convenient stores (7 Eleven, Family mart...). The hostel public toilet and shower were clean. Staffs were very friendly.

But if you have some guest (in the same rooms) that coming late due to late flight this will be a little noisy.

i stayed here twice during my trip to taiwan and would definitely stay here again, if i come back. the hostel is very modern, clean and has everything you need. the beds are comfortable! the location is perfect, walking distance to night markets, the main station, metro stations etc. you can do your laundry in the hostel and the staff is very friendly!

both times my power outlet didn’t work properly unless the cable was in a very specific position so it was difficult to charge my phone etc.

It’s located at the center of Ximending Night Market and near the train station. Bed is comfortable, very cold air-conditioner, with 1 lamp and 1 socket.

No security personnel or receptionist at night. I left my key card inside the room and no one can help me enter since the reception opens at 3. (I was able to enter the room because someone from the inside went out to pee) Also, showers are outside the room, but it’s clean and there are also shower gels and shampoo in the shower rooms.

The showers, bathrooms and common room plus balcony are clean and orderly. The staff was always helpful and very friendly in general, the location couldnt be better and there is coffee, a small kitchen and a microwave, as well as washer and dryer. The dorms are as expected but fine. The hostel is also queer friendly, i felt really safe.
