Loved our room. Slept better than at home! Very comfy bed, lovely spacious room (we had a suite for a family of 4) and very clean.

Breakfast not great - selection is okay but quality average. We tried hotel breakfast once but would not eat there again. 32 euro for a grown up ,and the kids were “half price” (charged for 1 out of 2)- my kids are 4&6 and just had some toast and a croissant. Would expect kids to eat free breakfast given that there were 2 paying adults!!

The Hotel Napoleon is a 5 star property. The staff were lovely and helpful. This was our first time in Paris and it was everything I had hoped it would be. We stayed in the Eiffel Tower suite. What a view! A balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower was absolutely gorgeous. We don't speak French. The staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The location of this hotel is perfect. The room was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything and making our stay memorable.

The person in the reception wasn’t so nice. I just asked what time the Eiffel Tower closes . They said to me look at google. That’s ok. But He could have looked on his computer quickly for us. Anyway I thought he was impolitely. For a 5 star hotel. ( I think He was a manger, the receptionist she was great)

The location is really good for travelers. and All the staffs are very kind and friendly! Particularly Thi was wonderful. The room had a lot of storage space and was spacious and comfortable. It was my birthday when I visit the Hotel. and Small gift that I recieved was very moving. If I visit Paris again, I will choose Hotel Napoleon again. Thank you so much to everyone . It was PERPECT hotel :)

The hotel is beautiful and in a beautiful part of Paris, the room, the bar, the restaurant and mainly the staff are so friendly and attentive. It is also close to the Metro line so go to and from places is super easy and convenient. The Hotel Napoleon exceeded our expectations!

Nothing the Hotel was all that we expected!

The property is chic, elegant and the location was incredible...the Arc de Triomphe was outside the property. Taxis and public transport were readily available.

The stuff are very friendly and supportive all the time. The location is amazing, the rooms are clean and big .

From the very start we were made to feel welcome amd comfortable, our room was large and quiet with one of the best beds I have ever slept in ,bonus being able to watch BBC news ,great location just next to Paris great metro able to get anywhere we wanted within 20 mins ,also 1 minute from Arc de Triomphe and many restaurants Breakfast was amazing too can’t think of anything they didn’t offer . Staff were fantastic 10/10

The tea and coffee tray in the room was awful but I wish I had asked for teabags and fresh milk as I’m sure they would have supplied it happily.

Location is excellent. Service is also great.

Room not as big as i thought, matress size was a small king even tho the description said big bed. Noisy road. Mattress was old and not very comfortable
