The hotel is in a very good location. Our room with balcony was spacious and we appreciated the air conditioning. The pool area was very good including the towel service. We enjoyed having dinner outside in the evening.

My only negative relates to the coffee machine that did not work well, was slow and the coffee did not taste that great. I felt sorry for the staff who had to deal with it. It’s time for management to sort it out!

The hotel was in a good location. Room was very clean and comfortable plus nice balcony with view of sea. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Lunch was excellent value for money 3 course 26 euros. Nice pool with comfortable sunbeds plus very pleasant lounge music playing in the background.

Room and ensuite were smaller than I expected but the balcony and sea view made up for that. Unfortunately, the night porter was not too friendly when we ordered a drink after returning from local restaurant. It was only 11pm and the wine served was not the same as I had ordered earlier in the day and I couldn't drink it.

We stayed 5 nights in the end of May 2024. Excellent breakfast! Staff were fantastic, especially the poolman and the staff in the restaurant and breakfastroom. All the staff were very polite and helpful! We loved the room and the balcony with a view to the pool and the sea!

The bed was little bit more hard than we are used to at home, but we got an overmatrass immidiately when we asked for it! Very helpful!

Staff were polite and extremely helpful. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Our view to the sea through a line of tall palm trees was quite special. Very nice clean swimming pool. Very nice beach area recommended to us

No iron in bedroom but a steam machine was loaned instead. Breakfast. Few GF options on offer. Sweetened fruit juice and bowls of tinned fruit are rather out of fashion

The hotel felt so rich with character and truly loved and cared for by its owners. The location was amazing and we just felt so lucky to have found it! The staff were so lovely especially being greeted and cared for by concierge to restaurant. Amazing.

The beds are a little hard but that seems to be the way in Italy. Rooms very simple but we were not in them much and everything else was so wonderful it didn’t matter.

Very cosy, italian style, clean and spacious. Delicious breakfast with plenty of offers. Beautiful swimming pool. Close to downtown, Casino and main shopping street with a lot of restaurants and bars. The garage for cars is under the hotel, it is convenient, safe and not so expensive.

A beautiful hotel overlooking the beach with a perfectly clean swimming pool and the hotel was immaculately clean with the friendliest and most helpful staff an amazing outside eating area And great food

I really liked the location. Within walking distance to many attractions....and that salt water pool 🙏🏽

The beach across from the hotel and is not part of the hotel. You can buy voucher from the hotel for 30 euros (beach San Remo) which is a longer walk than expected because it s not the beach across from the hotel. The seats reserved by the hotel are in the middle but if you want to be closer to the the water you can pay an extra 20 euros to the beach staff to be in the front. Everything was great I just hoped that there more transparency in regards to the beach. Besides the breakfast we did not eat at the restaurant. The staff was great! The room was smaller than expected but clean.

A wonderfully traditional old fashioned Italian hotel. Full of charm. Delightful dinner and breakfast by the pool. Huge selection on the breakfast buffet. Good secure car park. Bathroom had been modernised with excellent fittings and a huge shower. And if you eat dinner there - the Nero d'Avola was a wonderful Red wine.

i like the location. Very close to the beach and 10 min walk from center. The pool looked good but we never tried it

Parking. Paying €15 for that tight parking is way too much. If i was in rental car i would not park there without extra insurance. When we ware leaving, they have to move 3 cars so i could get out of the parking. I guess in early morning or night it would not be possible.
