Plenty food. We have breakfast and dinner included. The quality and quantity were great. If you haven't brought any towel the hotel can provided it to you by a refundable deposit fee. Plenty activities in the pool area with the "animation" staff. Staff were amazing, in particular on Reception desk, that solved any issues that could scratch our holidays.

The swiming pool sun loungers and their availability. Perhaps it would be a better way to manage how the guests can use the loungers. During our stay if you don't have a towel, or one helpfully supplied by the hotel or lie on the loungers, you basically wouldn't have a loungers, because even before the pool opens, majority of them were already taken (indicated by placement of a towel). It was easy to still find many of them reserved with a bowl but no one on them even after lunch time, i.e., a lot of sun loungers being used for a tool to enjoy, until the guest finally arrives. One options would be If after an hour, the individual hasn't arrived, then the loungers should be freed up for others to enjoy & monitored by the staff.

Clean rooms and facilties, modern bathroom, good spacious shower, plenty of hangers in the closet, safe available at no additional cost, comfortable bed, quiet, family freindly, free parking area behind the hotel, welcome cocktails. Great breakfast with daily fresh juices and cava, no queues, good dinner buffet, also no queues, not having the feeling of a classic all-inklusive touristic hotel at the costa brava. Very friendly staff.

Everything was great, if I should say something, rooms might be a bit small for 3 people and no plugs close to the beds

We arrived at the beginning of April. Even though it was pre-season, Santa Susana was bustling with life. Cafes, restaurants and shops welcomed guests, just like in the high season. The hotel is beautiful, with a beautiful garden full of the colours of the sun. The swimming pool inside, which we used every day, was clean and heated. The staff was very nice, especially the staff at the bar, where I had the best pinacolada in my life and at the restaurant. Special thanks go to Isabel, Maria Helena /makes the best omelette/ and Cristobal and Kate. The hotel is very clean, beautifully equipped, with great taste. We are currently booking a summer vacation for the whole family. I highly recommend it. A choice for everyone for breakfast and lunch.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel and room was significantly nicer compared to the facilities around us. Very nice and helpful staff. Whether it be the smiling cleaning lady or the friendly cooks and wait staff in the restaurant. However, we were absolutely thrilled with the perfect animation team that guided us through various activities throughout our stay. As I wrote before, the resort is beautiful, but these people give it soul. As our friend Helios told us, "These animators are so good man". 10 aplausos for these people. Čau, čau, Mickey mouse. The location is great - close to the sea and away from the crowded streets and loud DJs. Also close to the train station (10 min walking). We took the room with breakfast included and found that very fresh and tasty.

We didn't like the bar in the hotel at all. The drinks there are overpriced and the cocktails are absolute scams: little to no alcohol in them and the standard recipes are not met. If you would stay there - just avoid the bar and you will be grand! Hopefully, there are a lot of different places where to go around for a proper drink.

Such a beautiful resort hotel. Everything was so nice, the people, the room, the location. The breakfast was fantastic value with fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes, you name it, it was on offer. We also enjoyed the buffet style dinner. And they even have a special room for bicycles with a full assortment of tools, air pump and bike stand for repairs.

No A/C this time of year (April 15).

delicious breakfast and dinner, quite a good selection of dishes. The rooms had cleaned every day , clining was good. the show time is interesting , usually it is live music and every other day of the show

The hotel was amazing, staff and manager of the hotel very supportive and kind! Thank you so much for make our stay incredible! Hotel location is good and close to sea side, there is a parking close by free of charge. Plus you have just 7 min away train station. We had breakfast and dinner, food is tasty and a lot of variety. Pool area big, we are waiting summer time to come back, because in April its a little bit cold to swim.

Everything was amazing!

I love everything,the rooms are spacious,there are two jacuzzi near the outside pool also and indoor pool, The breakfast was breathtaking! Too good to be true.there is a group of youths in charge of activities like games,rumba dance, etc it was all fun..i really had fun.

The beds made a weird noise when you move in it. He hotels nearby made a lot of noise at night but it was acceptable. Bring water shoes if you were to feel unconfortble stepping on small stones. It wanst a fine sand beach.
