The hotel is well situated on second line and just a few minutes from the beach. The staff is incredible positive and helpful. Though there is run on the high season they always have a smile and you can feel that they try hard to make people comfortable and happy 🙂 Also to note that the hotel is less than10 minutes from the train station that goes to Barcelona.

The Wi-Fi in the rooms (at least on 6th floor) was bad and we had to use the data plan of our phones. A little thing... It is a general issue at the hotels of Cataluña that the swimming pools are without surveillance. It causes that people sometimes don't respect the rules that apply as: no smoking, no reservation of sun loungers, no ball playing in the pool etc. This happens to a limited extent here as well, but it also happens at the other hotels in the area.

I personally think that Riviera is perfect for the money. The rooms are clean and good, air conditioner is perfect, it’s not far from beach, food is good too. The stuff is incredibly nice and helpful.

Next Hotel is very noisy, the show there is not ending until 12 a.m. After that is quiet. We managed to adjust to it, still it wasn’t great for our very active exploring vacation, since we had to stay up relatively early (8 a.m) and were already tired by the evening. If we had more relaxing stay with longer sleeping time in the morning, as I guess most guest do, it would be less of an issue.

Clean room with balcony. Friendly, polite and helpful staff in all areas. We would like to particularly commend Reuben and Luca (?) at reception and the ever cheerful and efficient Sati in the bar. They would all be an excellent asset for any hotel.

There could be more entertainment and activities organised for rainy days when we could not go outdoors.

This hotel has everything you need, great food, excellent value at the bar, the staff are amazing, the rooms are clean, designer, spacious, absolutely amazing week we had.

Only niggle was we wanted a kettle in the room to make a coffee in the morning to start the day chilling on the balcony but that wasn’t a major problem.

Breakfast was included and was okay. A typical European breakfast but they did do fried eggs and pancakes which was good. Staff were helpful and friendly, the room was a decent size and the aircon was good. I'd stay again for sure. If you are getting the train from Barcelona to Santa Susanna, it's a 10 to 15 minute walk from the station so good location as well.

The only thing i didn t like was the loud music playing every day from aprox 5 PM until 11-12, from a music band near our hotel

We liked the most the choice of food during the breakfast, clean room every day, location was amazing, just few minutes by walk to the train station and the beach, reception staff was very helpful everytime. The hotel was located on the main street with a lot of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. There was great music playing from the next hotel which we heard on the balcony but not inside the room.

Breakfast selection was the same every day would have been nice for some variety. Can't complain about the quality as the food was delicious.

The rooms were cleaned every day, a great place with a variety of activities for children, as well as a small pool for them. Delicious food, the breakfast was great and a lot, but drinks for dinner were not included in the price.

Wi-Fi seemed to be there, but we could not use it, the signal was very weak.

Location is good, close to the sea. Food was good, and evening meal was consistent.

The noise coming from the hotel near by. Any activity kept in our hotel swimming pool area was disturbed by the noise made by "disco" hotel in neighbourhood. It was kind of "no consideration" on their part every evening.. Same old "latino" every night, not even something interesting to hear...Cheap, for a considered "disco" hotel and music..
