The housekeeping staff Akhilesh always cleaned our room thoroughly and loved the bed towel art he left every day. My Hammam was a great experience with Moza, who is an experienced hammam therapist, and I had a very relaxing massage done by Moza aswell, the food hall had a good selection off food, and we were very happy there was a mall attached to the hotel. The swimming pool area and beach was always clean, staff were always helpful and friendly. My experience in the hotel was a positive experience.

I didn’t like that I had to pay buffet cost for my 9 year old child, I thought kids stay and buffet price were included.

Spacious room, total 70m2, cleanliness of hotel in general, especially room. Concierge helpfulness in arranging trips, restuarants and other requirements. The adjacent shopping mall with large supermarket, fast food outlets. Beach and swimming pool cleanliness, layout, enough sunbeds around both. Gym good equiped. Food very fresh, large buffet selection at breakfast, main restuarant evening excellent choice of food and meats etc. Serving staff friendly.

Older room 416, needs wall paper replacing, lacks power sockets, all used for lighting, tv etc. None available near desk, need to put multi socket adapter to give access for computer, phone charging, ereaders etc. Note the room was keep very clean with great service by Housekeeping staff & Room service. Too long to wait to be served on beach bar, food took long to arrive and was nearly cold several times, especially french fries. Same issues in Azur restuarant. Same daily minor issues at breakfast, never eggcups for boiled eggs, lack of spoons in general Recommend more control by management personnel in the details in these areas.

Full board option! Quite and empty beach A small mall with money exchange point is available right from the hotel Spacious rooms with both a bath and shower. Just to mention. There is a window between bathroom and bedroom which can be made transparent or not.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, it was my anniversary and they provided a very nice decoration and a cake, the breakfast was good as well, the pool was nice, we enjoyed it a lot

Well the sea was not clean, If you are going there for the beach then choose another location as the water in the sea was very bad, it is much better to use the pool, also the hotel sounded a bit old with old decoration

Food was very good and staff was kind although they had the annoying habit to close the playing ground in the middle of the day for cleaning process

Beach was small with noisy work in progress and sand was not that clean

Great rooms, very comfortable. The hotel is near Yas island so useful if you are planning to go there. The "beach" might iddsapoint some people as it is on a channel and not at all on the golf. But if you already know this like I did, then you are ok with it. Pool is big and beautiful. The food at this hotel is very good and breakfast is a must.

The music band by the pool was very loud and played until 10h30pm one night. It should always stop at 10pm maximum in my opinion. The indoor pool should be included in the price.

We stayed at the hotel with my family in November this year, and we are so glad we chose this place! The hotel is absolutely charming, with a wonderful staff who are attentive and helpful. Our room was huge, and it was cleaned every day. A particularly sweet touch was that they even placed rose petals on the bed, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We opted for the Half-Board option and were very satisfied with the food – there was a great variety, and even the pickiest of us had plenty to choose from. The hotel grounds, though not large, are very well-maintained and clean. We spent a lot of time in the large parks of Abu Dhabi and even managed to make a trip to Dubai, so we didn’t get to explore all the activities and entertainment within the hotel itself. The shuttle service to Yas Island and major attractions in Abu Dhabi was extremely convenient. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, and we will most certainly return ourselves!

The hotel is beautifully designed, and the atmosphere is both luxurious and relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The food deserves special mention – the variety and quality at the restaurants were exceptional.

While we had a fantastic time, we felt the hotel could enhance its offerings for families with children. Adding more kid-friendly activities, play areas, or entertainment options would make it even more appealing for families traveling with little ones.

The hotel is in a good location that is close to the airport. Our ride from the airport was around 45 AED (there was a higher initial fare) and our ride to the airport was around 25 AED. We used the hotel only for one night between flights and we were satisfied. Our room was clean, comfortable and with a good view. The free shuttle bus service was a nice addition. For anyone needing to plan ahead and wondering what the schedule and destinations for the shuttle bus are, I'm attaching a photo. Right next to the hotel (5min walking) there is a small shopping mall that is good for getting some cheap but tasty food options.

The hotel seems overpriced but perhaps this is a fact for most hotels in Abu Dhabi. I wish staff members would provide some guidance in regards to what facilities are available in the hotel and where they are located.

Check-in and check-out processes were very easy, fast and staff was cooperative. Breakfast has almost all types of food that anyone can have for breakfast except Manakeesh, The staff assisted the guests softly and it was organized and there was a place for everyone so you can enjoy the breakfast. Size of the family room is really good for 3 or more. What I like the most is that when my parent faced a problem in their room and we requested to change the room, they helped us and we checked the new room first before shifting.

Our family room has a small kitchen and stove, but there is nothing to use, like dishes, small pots, spoons, etc. AC needs maintenance, because either it is too much cold and the temperature won't change or it is hot and humid. During breakfast, you have to order everything even the tissues, it is not on the table. Coffee quality needs to improve. Lights need to increase or be stronger in the family rooms.
