The timing for sea swimming and beach start at 10am to 7pm, after that it’s not allowed even to walk at the beach! So what I suggest is the beach timing should be 24/7, I mean who doesn’t like to walk at the beach at early morning and enjoy the view and weather or practice sport? Furthermore, the sea spot that located in the front of “Private Villas” is not allowed to use for swimming! which we have to walk to the main sea spot that allowed for the swimming, which I see it’s a restriction and no privilege for people who stay at the “Private Villas”.

I liked how the staff greet you and assist you everytime you need help. And all staff in the hotel was very accommodating. Very satisfied for their service even we stay for only 1 night 😊

The service was just exceptional. Every single staff member I came across was smiling, happy & polite. Every one went out of their way to assist me & all the staff looked genuinely happy & positive. It was a wonderful energy; they have a great team. Other details that impressed me - swift & easy check in (I was early, and they gave me a room without even mentioning the time), and I was also able to get late check out - again, no issue at all. A complimentary fruit bowl was delivered to my room. The pool staff were excellent with recommendations & checking my meal was as I wanted; they also gave complimentary tasters around the pool, which was lovely. Whilst on the food - the buffet dinner was extensive & delicious. A huge selection of cuisines, attentive staff, live music, great ambience. Very reasonable price too, as was breakfast. My breakfast was al la carte (I was traveling during Ramadan), but the staff made sure to serve me a feast - nothing was too much trouble & everything done with a smile. Very impressive. The hotel itself is new, so is very clean, modern with beautiful decor. Has a high-quality feel. Loved the style of the bedrooms, and the bed was large & very comfortable. The pool & beach - beautiful. White sand, gentle waves, perfect for swimming. Great cocktails & food - recommend the Zaatar & honey flatbread! Spent two days relaxing here & enjoyed it very much. Finally - a special mention for the gym! I have been in many gyms around the world & Ertizan is one of the best I’ve ever seen. The range of equipment is phenomenal. Clean, modern and again, excellent service from the staff. The sports facilities are top notch. I absolutely loved my stay, and already looking to come back. I wanted to relax alone for a couple of days & it was the perfect spot to do so. Thank you to all the staff - you are wonderful.

The aesthetics are beautiful and so relaxing. The staff are very lovely. The pool is heated. Alcoholic drinks are a reasonable price. Short distance to the mosque. Free cakes and coffee. The hotel are keeping bees and promoting their safety. Hotel is very clean. Beds are very big and comfortable. Patios are lovely if you get a ground floor room.

There was a New Year’s Eve gala that we were not invited to prior to the event. I think guests should be invited before the public are personally. The beach isn’t raked and is a bit stony. You can’t swim out very far as it’s roped off. Noisy jet ski’s passing close to the beach. Food is delicious but too cold. Had issues with keycards many times. Asked for rooms not to be near each other (we had 3) but they were. Requested a king not a twin but got a twin. Doesent take much to actually listen to the guest at check in. Not much room in the room for open cases (not everyone unpacks). Location is far from the corniche area (not the hotels fault, mine for choosing somehwhere far away).

The look of the hotel was the first thing that attracted me to book our weekend stay here with the kids - it looks like a spaceship. The simple, clean interior design is super cool. The pool is amazing. Fitness facility is great! The toiletries are great.

The level of Hospitality was incredible. Check in was quick and easy with staff there to help Ith luggage and any other need. The breakfast dining was exceptional. Many of options of breakfast items and cuisines from a round the globe. The enitre campus was beautiful and provided for nice walks both indoor and outdoor. definitely will be returning.

I just wish the location was closer to some other walking areas, but honestly it was so great you really had no reason to leave.

I liked everything from the warm welcome at the reception, the breakfast buffet to the facilities. I used the indoor olympic size pool and it was heated and fantastic. We were shown the spa, gym, crossfit, squash and kickboxing facilities. They also have outdoor pool and the beach. We haven't had the chance to use them due to time constraints. Bedding was very comfortable and the toiletries are eco-friendly. Will definitely be coming back.

Maybe at peak times, room service takes a while and they missed a request. But it is ok.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here! Erth is an exceptional concept resort that truly makes you feel in harmony with nature. The design is stunningly aesthetic, with an incredible focus on detail that's evident everywhere. The room was beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The outdoor pool was spectacular (and quiet too!) And, the hotel staff were outstanding. From the first moment, welcomed by Shalini, to my departure, I felt genuinely appreciated. The reception team was exceptionally nice and accommodating. Jerome and Monu were diligent in keeping everything immaculate, checking in regularly to ensure I had all I needed. Vimukthi's friendly greetings and pleasant conversations by the pool were a delightful way to start the day. Enjoying the pool activities run by Douglas was loads of fun, and the lifeguards were fantastic as well. They've recently unveiled Ergon, a new restaurant with a sea view. The staff there were also wonderful, and I particularly enjoyed my chats with Pawan. I highly recommend this hotel.
