Free breakfast soft bed

My room was always open when I returned from my outings for the day. I told the front desk housekeeping did nor shut my door all the way next day same thing. I'm glad nothing was stolen

Views from the hotel, Very goos room cleaning Rooms size good, furniture nice Location in a sense of many restaurants around and taxi possibilities. I think it had better price than all other hotels so reasonable

Window is not possible to open, only using AC Windows needs to be cleaned Breakfast - not big variety, no vegetable. Location not the best bcs you have close to the beach but beach is not nice and center is 30 min walk or rather use taxi.

Staff is great. Overall that's exactly what you would expect from Hampton -- one of the hotels in the network. Decent quality, room was pretty small, the breakfast -- fine, but m.b. the best component of the breakfast is the view. The pool is on the top of the building, pretty small but still quite good view and interesting experience.

Pricing via Hilton app was significantly cheaper than via Booking.com. Sorry, it seems that booking's lowest price warranty doesn't really work in the case

The breakfast was good, we’ve been to four hotels in Cartagena and the breakfast here was the best. The hotel was modern and clean.

The bed was a little short so my feet dangled from the bed (I’m 186 cm). The AC was okay but this is the warmest room we’ve been to.

Breakfast was excellent tate, quality and variaty. Location was a subtantial plus. People were very friendly and ready to help and please the customer!!!! Look for Armando and Francis. Front desk were very friendly and understanding.

Swiming pool area did not have food

The staff were friendly and professional. Because I arrived early They allowed me to check in early with no issues. The room was very comfortable

The lobby was located on the 17th floor which was somewhat of a inconvenience, especially when checking out. Because all the rooms are below the 17th floor.

Breakfast was delicious and varied each day. The room was extremely comfy and staff was very diligent. Pool and gym facilities were well maintained and clean.

I had no problems during my stay. It was an overall amazing experience. Would totally repeat it.

A. Location and staff. B. Daily breakfast with hot and cold food C. Room was comfortable. AC worked great. D. Close to the beach although when it rains street to beach floods. I really liked this hotel and would recommend staying here. Very good hotel for the money

A. There was a constant air like noise from the AC, not annoying but constant. Got used to it. B. Constant problem on multiple days where the room card would not work on the elevator. Have to insert key in elevator slot in order to select floor(security measure). Front desk/reception/breakfast is on the 16th floor! Would have to go back to the front desk to get keys rekeyed.

Breakfast was very good. Location was good. Staff was good. Attendance and cleaning staff were very attentive to my needs. Great customer services

I didn’t have a view at all other than the street. Mattress was a bit too hard.

The breakfast was great along with the room, staff,pool,lobby.

The gym is small, it could use another rack of weights up to 35kg dumbells but otherwise it was excellent .
