The room we had was more than adequate for our one night stay, had a good kitchen so we could cook and room to spread out a bit. Beds were comfy and it was very quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was included and was lovely. If you wanted a drink or meal at the hotel the pub part is right next door.

No wifi was disappointing however quite remote location so not unexpected. Also disappointing that the washing machine had been removed from this studio unit, we would have appreciated the chance to catch up on laundry and there was definitely room for it.

Fabulous staff and food was glorious. Our dinner from the kids' meals to the adults was brilliant. Great location and facilities, but the staff are the real stars. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the property and area. Complimentary breakfast was brilliant in the Huon Lounge with the most beautiful views of the water. Accommodation was good and importantly warm, good WiFi and very comfy beds.

Look, it's minor, but our family unit was close to the road, and there was passing traffic during the night that we were aware of. But actual room facilities for 6 of us were great

Home away from home. Food was excellent; the breakfast was great (they thought about how to make the continental breakfast “top class”); staff were excellent; room was clean and comfortable but a little cramped but the additional guest lounges were roomy, well fitted out with amenities Igor those wanting to cook their own meals; position, position, position! The period of the building (1932 era) and proximity to the marina ( just over the road) was also something that made this stay a welcomed “ little bit different”. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Room was a good size, very clean. Appreciated the dark washer especially for make-up removal. Staff friendly, food was lovely. Lots of character and charm. Free brekky next day was added bonus. Great value for money, lovely view overlooking the little marina.

Tv wasn't working because of recent storms which had interfered with internet connection but couldn't be helped. Kind of in the middle of nowhere so no shops or anything in walking distance but that was fine with us.

I was to arrive after 9pm and a staff member, Sam, went the extra mile to stay late to make sure I arrived welcomed, could make a tea and shown around even at this late hour. I really appreciated this little attention to guests and it made my stay very smooth and enjoyable. All the staff were excellent and very friendly. The breakfast was superb and the building is well fitted and quite charming/beautiful. Great views of the harbour. Thanks Kermandie team.

That I couldn't stay longer.

The hotel serving drinks, meals & breakfast was great. Food delicious & generous servings. Motel accommodation was private & quiet. Had a kitchenette.

The motel accommodation could have been cleaner. Big cobweb on the ceiling, leaking taps, little freezer blocked with ice. Also, no daily cleaning. I had to ask for bins to be emptied & fresh towels. Stayed for 5 nights.

It was a lovely hotel to stay in. It had been renovated very nicely and there is a nice view from the lounge upstairs. We had a very nice continental breakfast included. We loved the poached pears and fresh fruit available too. We ate dinner in the bar both nights and had lovely meals. All the staff were very friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay. We stayed here as it was a good base for the Tahune Airwalk and Hastings Cave, both excellent activities.

The poached fruit at breakfast was fabulous! The food overall was very good. The location is superb. Room was comfortable and a decent size.

I arrived around 5 or 6 pm and had to check in at the bar. Because the staff were looking after the bar I felt they were a bit distracted and not especially welcoming. I was about to ask where I could go for a walk but the staff disappeared before I could ask. In short, would have appreciated a more welcoming and attentive check in.

Beautiful building with ample car parks. The lounge was spacious and well decorated with share facilities. I like the Tasmania apples made available free for hotel guest and free simple breakfast. Nice stroll of jetty in front of hotel. Good place to stay for a day trip to Hartz Mountain National Park.

Room was small but that’s what I paid for a budget room. No fridge and electric kettle in but available in the lounge situated in the same floor.

Room was comfortable, glad there was a heater as it was a chilly night. Breakfast was great, loved the fresh fruit. Dinner the night before was also great

There was only one staff member in the bar for dinner service. She was absolutely incredible and I can’t speak highly enough of her, however, you need to hire more staff. The poor girl didn’t stop moving, she was serving drinks, food, taking orders, taking guests to their room etc, that much responsibility shouldn’t be on one person.
