This hotel truly impressed me. The room was spotless and stylish, with a comfortable bed, plush linens, and great amenities like a beautiful vintage kettle. The bathroom felt luxurious, featuring a spacious rain shower, marble finishes, and high-quality toiletries. The décor was absolutely stunning—filled with Roman-inspired paintings and elegant statues that gave the space a unique, retro feel. Every corner had a beautiful, artistic touch, blending classical charm with modern luxury. It was a visual delight that made the entire stay unforgettable. The staff at this hotel were truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and eager to assist with any request. Every interaction felt personal, and their kindness made the stay incredibly comfortable. They went above and beyond to accommodate special requests, ensuring everything was perfect throughout my visit. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or simply greeting me with a smile, their attention to detail and genuine hospitality stood out. Their professionalism combined with a warm, caring attitude made the experience unforgettable. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Nothing, everything was perfect

My room was large enough, and had a good shower. I particularly liked having a terrace (which I didn't have last time I stayed there). I don't eat breakfast so I can't comment on that, but there is decent coffee available. As well as that there are several good coffee shops nearby. The area is quiet, away from the busy downtown, and perfect for me for my work trips. If people wanted to be within walking distance of the main Rome tourist sites this location might not be perfect for them, but it is a really nice quiet part of town (and there is a bus stop right by the hotel). Staff are lovely and friendly, and rooms are kept spotless.

My family stayed for a week at the Hotel Rivoli, and I could not recommend the location more - Parioli is a quiet, safe, walkable neighbourhood, just far enough away from the real bustle of inner Rome. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay.

While the hotel allowed our toddler to stay free and supplied a cot, it was not really a family friendly place. There isn't any space or facilities for a kid to play (though I realise that I should have taken that into consideration when I booked it). I also feel that the breakfast charge was too steep - what was on offer did not feel generous enough for the 10 euro pp charge, especially considering they charged the full fee for my toddler too.

Quiet location. Very clean. Great breakfast. Balcony with room. Friendly, helpful staff.

No air conditioning was the only negative.

Very quiet at night in a peaceful and pleasant neighbourhood. Very spacious shower and comfortable bed. Staff were welcoming and helpful. There is a very good range of restaurants and cafes on Viale Parioli, about 15 min walk. Good destination if you prefer to avoid the crowded areas with lots of tourists.

The breakfast was fine, but the choices could have been better, eg cereals and breads.

Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. There was also a balcony, which we weren't expecting. The hotel is positioned in a quiet area, on a quiet little street where you could park for free.

The walls were very thin - we could hear the people in the room next to us talking (admittedly they were Italians and talking loudly). The staff also didn't seem to know whether we could park on the street for free rather than paying €15 to use one of the hotel's spaces. We did park on the street and it was absolutely fine.

It was indeed a very clean room. The bathroom must have been recently renovated and it was also clean, cozy and comfortable. The area although not so close to downtown was quiet and the bus stop was almost outside the Hotel. The staff at the reception was also very kind and helpful!

Our accommodation in Rivoli was satisfying compared to the price. As a drawback, I will point out that they did not change the bedsheet although we stayed four nights (especially for a 4-star Best Western hotel, I think they do it every two nights). Furthermore, although the bath towels were replaced on a daily basis, the day before checking out they didn't and they didn't even provide the coffee machine with coffee and milk. If I wasn't satisfied with the whole cleanliness of the premises during my stay, I should have complained.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good with some warm food and drink options. The gym is also convenient for workouts. The staff were very kind offering early check in, late check out followed by tips on where to to visit.

The only thing to note is water from the sower easily floods the bathroom floor. A larger screen or door would solve this. A small hotel shuttle vehicle would make the hotel a perfect choice for future stays as it is a long walk from the centre/Termini when carrying luggage bags.

When booking, ask for room #704. It is on the ground floor corner room and has a terrace surrounded by large green bushes.[ That hides you] I was sick and stayed in my room with a bad cold the entire week. It was lovely to have two chairs and a table and be able to sit out and have some fresh air on the terrace. The room itself is large and well-equipped.A mini fridge.Large desk and suitcase storage. A chair in the room so you can sit and read and not always be on the bed. Plugs for electronics are on either side of the bed. The bathroom is large. The water pressure is fabulous. The hairdryer was great. I have long hair! Towels are large and fluffy. The bed was so comfortable! There were double doors out to the terrace so there was a lot of light in the room. Loved this hotel. I will come here again when In Rome!

Lovely place, clean and quiet. Easy to walk from the property to the major attractions in Rome (about 40 minutes-1 hour by feet but also a lot of buses available to pick up near the hotel). Room was confy, huge bed and large bathroom. The staff was very helpful and nice.

The breakfast could have been richer (or at least to change something in the offer from one day to another) but all in all you could choose something to eat each morning.
