I guess this place improved a lot and learned from its negative feedbacks over time. Information provided beforehand and the checkin process (code sent via email) is smooth, and I like the code-system, so no way to lose the keys. It's over the Gostilna Park Restaurant (which is OK to visit btw). It's true that the apartement is available via the same door as the restaurant's restrooms and smelly kitchen but its only like 1 meter and now a separate door closes the staircase leading to the rooms. Also soudproof panels applied to the walls. So no smell/noise/flies now. We slept on the top floor with open windows, there was no significant noise that bothered us. The restaurant closed around midnight. The furniture is new, bed comfortable, bedsheets and towels clean. A small fridge and soap&dushgel in the bathroom seems to be a nice addition too.

The room is small, but the bathroom is VERY SMALL. Like even smaller than that. Had trouble closing the door and turn back, feels like being in a cupboard. Also, it doesn't have much ventillation, if one doesn't leave on the ventillation fan, it will go moldy in no time. The grout in the shower is already getting moldy. It's a good place for 1-2 nights to be in Piran, but a bit overpriced. Also, it's good to know tbat there's no place with private parking in Piran, only in big hotels. Everyone needs to leave the car in the big garages for approx. 20/30 euros.

Room was a good size. ( we have 2 large suitcases ) Air conditioning worked well. Location was excellent - close to bus station and main sightseeing areas. Good shower but small bathroom. Comfy bed. We were in room 4 on second floor - window looked out onto magnolia tree outside. Lovely view. Restaurants close by.

Gel provided in shower had no identification on it. Presumed it was body and hair lotion in one container…… No facilities to make a hot drink ie no kettle No water provided in fridge ( most other places do ) Second floor only accessible by stairs ( ok for us but others might have trouble ). Bathroom door needed to be “forced” to close properly ( minor issue)

This was surprisingly nice facility quite close to the bus station. The city center is also very walkable. Check-in process was also very smooth. The room was very clean, well maintained and comfortable.

The location was on top of pizzeria and somewhat tricky to find. There are no elevators so you may need to hurl your luggage up many flights of stairs. I haven't tried whether they allow luggage storage or delayed/early check-in as there is no front desk or in-person check-in.

Katja is a great host, very welcoming and adjustable. The room was very clean, the location is good.

The city is overpriced. Accommodation too. Not this host specifically but all of them. We visited in March and a simple bread in the supermarket was costing 3.40 euros! If you come inside with a car and don't manage to unload your luggage in 15 minutes they will charge you 3 euros! Crazy

I was satisfied with the price and that it is in the center of Piran.

It bothers me that it is necessary to leave the room by 10 am. If you want to have morning coffee and breakfast, you have to carry your luggage with you or it must first be delivered to the remote garage. It's a free bus, but still inconvenient.

It is very clean and in a good location.

Parking is an issue. We went to the first garage that was recommended and it was full. The next garage if you wound around to the very bottom, we finally found a spot. It is better not to have a car.

The location was just perfect, less than a 5-minute walk from the bus station, and within walking distance from plenty of restaurants and cafes. The room was clean and spacious with a great view over the marina (it was on the top floor). Communication with the hosts was quick and efficient. I definitely recommend and would book with them again, should I be back in Piran in the future.

Bathroom was tiny but, as a solo traveller, I really had no problems with that.

Entrance was terrible as it was shared with restaurant's kitchen and staff was running through tiny entrance hall all the time + narrow steep stairs. Room extremely small.

Super central! Spacious and clean room, with modern and beautiful decor. Power sockets near the bed. Beautiful view from the window.

There is no elevator so beware your luggage when booking this place. Fried smell all day in the entrance because is near a restaurant kitchen. No hangers on the bathroom for the towels.
