Perfect location, the hotel is between the city center and the beach. in a street with lots of stores and a cute bakery next door which is very cheap! We first got a room on the top floor and we did not like it as we always have a top floor room. The staff member immediately gave us a suite! Super service! Very clean, breakfast was nice and cosy!

No parking, try to park at blasco ibanez if you don't use your car. It is free there

The hotel is well situated, midway between the old town and the modern museums. It was very straightforward to visit both areas. We had a large room with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. We had a good bath/ shower and everything was super clean. We needed advice about how to reach the tourist areas and Patrick was a star - he really helped us - thank you Patrick!! The breakfast was fine and the staff were really helpful.

The bath is quite slippery to get out of when standing - I think I would put a grip bar to help people get out when they have a shower.

The staff made our stay so much more pleasant, so attentive and genuinely wanting to help, the hotel is very nice and clean with a comfortable bed, everything worked as it should, and onsite parking is brilliant and so easy especially for a busy city, we would highly recommend this hotel. Lastly go for the breakfast it's very good quality and very nice with plenty of options and very cheap (9 euros Nov 24) it will prepare you for the day touring the city.

The room was a great size, the AC was very quiet which was great at night, and the staff was incredibly helpful at all hours. We really enjoyed our stay !

When you're a guest at the hotel, it's a bit ridiculous to have to wear a swimming cap for the pool and sauna, and having to pay for the cap too.

The accommodation was close to the bus station but it was far from the city center on foot. The beds were pretty wide. Wellness (Sauna + warm pool) is open until 10 pm, so after sightseeing, it is comfortable to spend some time there.

The breakfast was okay, however some vegetables would have been of utmost welcome (we got almost none). The room was spacious and quiet, but the heating was only possible by AC, which only worked if we placed the card to the holder (which is obviously not possible if we are away).

The staff was super friendly, check-in was seamless, parking situation was very easy to navigate, hotel and room were absolutely spotless and had a luxurious feeling that I wasn’t expecting. I had my cats with me and they had a sleeping mat and food and water bowls waiting in the room for us, I thought that was such a nice gesture, really shows client centricity. I was just staying here as a stopover on a long road trip, but I would have loved to stay longer at this hotel if I had more time in Valencia!

We had a lovely room with a huge and comfortable bed, what I liked a lot. The breakfast was kind of repetitive, but filled us nevertheless. I believe every room is designed differently with different artists paintings, so it is interesting. Location is also very convenient, walking distance to the Turia park, also buses stops all around. Hotel has indoor swimming pool and sauna

I miss kettle and tea/coffee facility in the room. Sauna area needs a little upgrade.

The hotel not in tourist area, so not over priced supermarkets etc. Lovely local reasonably priced restaurants, bars and shops. Easy as only one metro, line 5, from the airport. Hotel is close to the metro too.

Valencia smelt a bit of sewage all over......not hotels fault. Perhaps due to rain before I arrived, or it's a port etc. Hotel smelt lovely.

Lovely staff, pet friendly with lovely attention to provide bowls and bed for dog, good location. Bed was comfortable and room overall quiet (our room faced the internal court years). Good price but should increase it a bit to plan for a makeover.

Breakfast was abundant but quality so-so, coffe was bot drinkable. The room we were in really needed a make over, the window did not shut, the smell of drains in the bathroom was potent, toilet seat seemed to have gone through a war and the mini bar cupboard was half broken.

Lovely hotel in a good location near science museum and signature Valencian sight. Room was quite big and comfortable. Cleaning ladies every day were living small surprises for me. Like candies or cute sleeping mask. Great price/quality balance.

It was a bit far from central square (35 min walk), breakfast starts at 7:30. And I had to leave at this time for work. But I found a very nice cafeteria just 3 min from there, that operates from 6 a.m.
