The bikes to rent with child seats were not of the best quality. Several bikes are supposed to be compatible with the child seats available but in practice the seats cannot be transferred to another bike and one of the bikes which had a seat already on had flat tires and we had to rent at another place. Thankfully there are several affordable quality bike rental shops around the hotel.

The fact that it is located quite close to the historic center (20 minutes on foot) and the City of Arts and Sciences (10-15 minutes on foot) is a big advantage. Additionally, the reception staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything. We had issues with the heating system on the first night, and the person at the reception was very kind and eager to resolve the problem. They called an electrician, even though it was Friday evening, past 9 PM, who came and fixed the issue. A big plus in this regard for the staff and the team.

Unfortunately, the bed is quite short, and for a taller person like me, I had to sleep diagonally to fit 😅. Another downside is the bathroom, which is tiny and lacks any space or shelf where you can place the clothes you plan to wear after getting out of the shower. You have to undress and dress in the bedroom. An even bigger downside is the noise from the bar on the ground floor, where they move tables and chairs from the terrace late at night, after midnight, or rearrange them in the morning when you’d still like to sleep a bit—but you can’t really 😅.

The property was amazing beautiful and clean, spacious had everything we needed. Kitchen had microwave, coffee machine toaster, stove, oven, dishwasher. Spacious bathroom, luxurious shower with hot powerful shower. Location probably 20 min walk to city centre, same to arts and science area and beach maybe 30mins. Overall we found location to be great. We hired the bikes they have for 4 hrs and rode to the beach and through arts and science area and jardin Turia great way to get around a little quicker and bike paths everywhere. Staff were totally fantastic went above and beyond in helping us with anything we needed. Special shout outs to Elisa, Celia and Tamara who are super friendly and helpful and we thank them so much you made our stay even better. Car parking onsite for a fee or you can find free parking in the street in front of hotel. Definitely stay again

Our family had a very pleasant experience! The apartment was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for our family. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay convenient and enjoyable. The hotel's location was quite convenient, with easy access to all important points. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. From check-in to check-out, every member of the team was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference!

There was one instance where our room wasn't cleaned despite our request, but the staff's friendly and helpful attitude made up for these small inconveniences.

It was our salvation! The weather in Valencia was very hot all the days of our stay, +38! We spontaneously decided to stay at this hotel, booked a room lying on the beach and checked in after 2 hours. The room has everything for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Everything is very stylish. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. For example, there is a coffee maker with capsules, and a regular coffee maker. Toaster, kettle, pots, pans and much more. There is a lovely supermarket 5-7 minutes walk away. We would like to express our special gratitude to Julio. This is the best receptionist we've ever met! It is he who creates a friendly and relaxing atmosphere in the hotel. Thank you, Julio!

I would like to appreciate the reception and management of the hotel. While in Valencia my credit card got stolen and the hotel was really supportive and tried to make our vacation as good as possible. Apart from that, we really enjoyed the room and the equipment. It looked the same as the pictures. To all the travelers I would advise to use the hotel safe and all the stuff which you can leave behind just lock in your room.

I missed the option to have a balcony (it was stated in the advertisment though), becase we were having a hard time drying our swimsuit and beach towels. Also the cleaning service was quite rude sometimes, but maybe it was just a language barrier.

First off; the staff was incredibly warm, helpful and welcoming. We wanted to send a big thank you to Elisa and Tamara, and especially to Laura, Keila and Ion for going above and beyond. Your care and personalities made our visits at the Ramirez memorable. The room/apartment was exactly what we needed. Looking great, quality furniture and kitchen. As one of us handicapped, accessibility is very important to us and the space was also an excellent fit regarding this. The location of the Ramirez isn't right in the middle of the center, but just outside. Given the size of Valencia, making it a little much sometimes to make the walk back if you're tired on the other side of the center or if you're in need of some rest and recovery. Though the cheap taxis fares make this only a minor thing. Would definitely 100% recommend, even solely based on how lovely the staff was and the room!

Fantastic one-bedroom apartment in a great location with exceptional staff. The location was perfect for us, by the Turia Gardens and slightly out of the very busy centre but only about 20 minutes walk to both the old town and the City of Arts and Sciences. The metro station is less than 10 minutes walk away and goes directly to the airport and to the beach station. Everything was excellent: super clean, really well-equipped, comfortable beds, amazing shower and larger than it looked on the photos. We found it really quiet, just the odd scrape of dining chairs on the floor from another flat and the usual noise of people leaving other apartments, but once the bedroom door was closed you couldn't hear anything. All the staff on reception were wonderful but special thanks to Ion and Elisa. We'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent all round experience from the moment we booked. Great communication leading up to our arrival and throughout our 3 night stay. All of the reception staff are exceptional, lots of help with directions & bike hire. The quality of the flat interior was perfect, great to have the option to prepare a meal 'at home'. Mini oil & vinegar provided, water replaced daily & coffee pods. Our girls found the sofa bed very comfortable, pillows were lovely. Location was very good for bus connections & walking distance to different areas of the city. The area felt safe to walk around at night. Have already recommended to friends & would definitely stay here again.
