The hotel was perfect , very clean , spacious room. Wide bathroom .Elevator and huge reception area. With dining area.

It says in policy that you can’t eat in the room and you need to leave the room as it is . Although we never eat in the room , it’s kinda imposing not welcoming .If you are a backpacker using the bus . it is a far walk from the bus with stiff high stairs . so get hotels near the bus area .

Very accessible and convenient to San Pio churches :)

Unfortunately I lost my necklace, I was 100% sure it was on the table before we went for breakfast then when I came back, it was no longer there. The room was cleaned minutes before we came, I asked the houseladies but they said they did not see. It was an important gift to me.

Perfect location being very close to Padre Pio Shrine which was the main purpose of our visit plus free and easy parking.

Pillows were worn out and did not provide any head support. Dinner food was awful tasted like cafeteria food while breakfast selection is very limited and constant. The bacon is not edible as it was tough and rubbery rather than crunchy.

clean, close to the center - although you have to walk up/down on quite a steep road - about 200 yards from the bus station and about 300 yards from the sanctuary; quiet; decent restaurant on premises offering breakfast and fixed menu (touristico) for lunch and dinner. Comfortable beds, staff speaks English and is very helpful, bathroom includes bidet, offers soap and shampoo but no conditioner.

bit awkward bathroom - the toilet is situated behind the door so you have to enter the bathroom, close the door and then you can get to the toilet - not sure if all the rooms have layout like that. There are no plugs by the beds. I only found them by desk. Also, by both beds there were 3 buttons to turn on/off lights - one of those is emitting blue light and there is no way to turn it off. I found it annoying since I like to sleep in complete darkness.

The hotel was within walking distance of Padre Pio and the main church, which was our main focus. The staff was most kind and the room was a good size to accommodate 4 of us, with 4 twin beds. The room was quiet and there was air conditioning. We would definitely come back and stay here and refer others to come here.

This hotel is amazing, and I would stay here over and over again. Firstly, it is very close to the Shrine of Padre Pio and the people who work here are simply wonderful. The rooms are excellent, food is great, the small bar is cozy and do remember, you are not here because this is Disneyland.

Very clean and 10 min away from San Pio.

Breakfast. Were not eggs because they use small plates that finish very fast. Second day were just cheese, no ham...Should be someone there checking because some people just crab the bread or cake with the hands. No napkins , i had to take from another table. And I never saw bacon and was a photo besides the eggs.

The rooms are beautiful, huge, and very clean. Breakfast was substantial. Staff were very responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. They even have a regular taxi driver trusted to help their guests in their travel needs.

While the hotel is indeed very close to the Padre Pio Shrine, it is way below the hill and going up to the shrine is a steep incline was challenging. My mother, who is in wheelchair, of course, cannot do it, so we needed a taxi to get there.

The hotel is in a good location staff were friendly and helpful breakfast was satisfactory had a good enough selection as continental breakfast goes in italy the hotel is spotless I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

The dinner menu for irish people was not great not a good selection and very small portions could do with revisiting their menu options even thou the hotel for me was in a good location it would not do for people with mobility problems steep hills but hotel can organise a shuttle to take you to the padre pio church ect for about €2.50 per person each way

Staff were friendly and helpful. Carla treated us like family! Many staff spoke English which helped us tremendously. Head waiter was fantastic! Room was very clean. This hotel was very close to all St.Pio’s churches. Food was excellent!
