The location is unbeatable—right on the slopes, with a convenient ski room to store your equipment. From there, you’re practically in front of the ski lifts, making it incredibly easy to start your day on the mountain. The staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful, always ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is excellent, with a great selection to fuel your day of skiing. The hotel is located on the slopes, you cannot find a better location. It has a great terras where you can enjoy the sunset after a nice ski day. The bar is very nice with all kind of drinks

The dinner could have been better. They work with two shifts (and we were in the second shift) but when entering at 20.30, the dining room looks like a bomb exploded ... tables were not cleaned and parts of the buffet were empty. The chef who is making one special dish in the dining room stops at 21.00 so if you come for the second shift, you better hurry

Hotel was lovely and clean with staff which were very happy to help. Great ski in ski out location for returning home from all directions after apre ski. The hotel had many facilities which made our stay so enjoyable our favourite was the games room which we could play pool or table tennis in the evenings after chilling in the spa. There was a ski rental shop at the hotel which included a discount for staying in the hotel this was so handy, we also bought our ski pass in the hotel. Breakfast was lovely with a wide range of different foods to choose from and on the morning of checkout we were greeted with breakfast takeaway at 4am to take with us on our transfer, great service. Will definitely be back.. best place I have stayed in to date in this resort and at a great price for all included.

staff were very friendly. concierge took our bags up to room while we were skiing, and helped load car up after. décor was nice. room wasn't large but well designed - shower cubicle will not suitable for larger folk. breakfast was good, with everything you'd expect. Sauna was huge and allowed kids in, which was nice for families, with a nice view of the slopes. Location is probably the best of any hotel in VT!

The only issue we had was that there was a lot of ice around and no attempt to scrape it off. Outdoor steps, the balcony areas etc were all very slippery. the footpaths in the resort were the same.

The location was amazing. The hotel had a lovely bar and room for the kids to play ping pong, pool and other games which was great .The staff were absolutely lovely throughout our stay.

The room was very tight for a family of 4 and sadly the food was average throughout the week It appeared to be the mostly the same every day with the odd change. .

Great location next to all the main lifts and ski schools. Recently refurbished. Friendly and helpful staff. Good boot room and definitely convenient for skiing in and out.

The sheets don’t fit the beds properly and end up gathering up during the night. No room service. We asked for a packed breakfast on our last morning leaving at 6pm and it was stale rolls, an orange and some old donuts. They tried but it was inedible unfortunately. Not a standard service that was planned for but probably ought to be as other chalets and hires often provide this.

Excelent hotel, with great location in the middle of town, easy to ski back to. Sauna view is worth everything. The hotel has a balcony with restaurant/aprè ski, until 18:30. playing music all day, fun to take a break from skiing. Breakfast was good - basically coffee, fresh juices, cheese, omelette, bacon, yogurt+muzli. The last day there is a storage room, and a shower to use after check out. Ski rental just outside the hotel. And a good pizzeria. Tv in room had movies/music/screen share! Super fun. Recommended!!

Twin beds are a bit small.

Great hotel on the slopes. Amazing ski in/ out particularly for ski school. Breakfast was great and lovely staff. My kids had fun playing in the games room. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We had a great stay and would recommend it.

The family room was a bit small for a family of 4 with 10 and 14yo.

The Managers, Greg, Eugenie and Charlotte were exceptional. Service was first class, food excellent and the ski to door location outstanding.

Everything was perfect.

Everything about the hotel is great. However the staff are just AMAZING and I mean from the receptionist, to the bar staff, to the cleaners, everyone is just so lovely and polite and reassure ld me that this hotel treat their team very well and nicely. I would 100% stay here and I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.
